I had the first letters of the names of all the dogs we have owned since we met that have passed over the Rainbow Bridge, so it is very sentimental. It is a great value in today's economy. The quality is good, and it arrived in the promised time and my questions were answered promptly via email. I will recommend them highly and will probably buy from them again.

Feb 13,2025The worst! I put in an order 30 January. I paid extra for delivery and I still haven’t received a tracking number. I emailed them twice and called a few times and I never get an answer in return. Do not waste your time or ever order from here!

Feb 13,2025Terrible customer service paid ring with special delivery 5 days after hasn't even been processed, asked for refund they played dumb saying takes up to 5 days to process, mailed again twice saying no good to me cus won't be here for valentines, get me refund, they ignored me so had to raise dispute with bank.

Feb 08,2025DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH HERE Terrible experience with this company Ordered a Forever Linked Memorial Bracelet for my brother (based on reviews ), who recently lost his wife unexpectantly @41 with her name to be engraved inside. Paid extra money for a speedy delivery Ordered on the 15/1/25 Didn't arrive after 3-4 days and therefore requested a refund as the order didn't even look like it had been processed, but was told it had been sent already So constantly emailed every for an update of delivery schedule The bracelet I thought was coming from UK but when a delivery email was finally sent to me it was sitting in China somewhere for over a week I did receive emails off 'Stephanie' who I believe is an automated email as it was virtually the same message every day The bracelet has arrived eventually 3/2/25 ( I got it sent to him in error not me ) so sadly I haven't seen it and my brother isn't wearing it (assuming it's cheap looking or different bracelet altogether with no name inside either) I obviously can't ask him about either he's to distraught to talk about anything at the moment let alone a problem I may have with a poxy bangle I've seen these cheaper in the UK especially as they're not even silver Expensive lesson learned *Update* Tried contacting the postal company as recommended due to late delivery and they haven't replied In view of the fact I paid the extra postage to Hope Rings i still think it is bad customer service for them to expect me to contact the postal company for a refund

And I hadn’t received it so I contacted Stephanie at customer service and she was so helpful and patient with me. Finally got it and I can’t wait to give it to my daughter on her birthday. Jan 30,2025The company is very concerned and helpful...went way beyond what I expected...my bracelet is very beautiful and recieve many compliments...They promote the healing aspects of the beaded bracelet..and I find it's very true...I am on blood thinners and bruise very easily..since wearing my bracelet for almost a month now my arms are free of bruises...So thank you for making such beautiful merchandise.

Jan 25,2025"Terrible experience with Hope Rings! I was excited when I first received my ring, but it tarnished so quickly it was shocking. For something advertised as high-quality, this was a huge disappointment. To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely awful. I’ve sent **11 emails** over several weeks trying to get the issue resolved, and I’ve either been ignored or given generic responses that don’t help at all. They clearly don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money. It’s been frustrating, time-consuming, and a complete waste of energy. I regret ever purchasing from them and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs!"

Jan 19,2025I ordered 2 rings on the 12th December 2024-but they didnt arrive- I emailed them on the 29th Dec, received an email back reassuring me they must have got lost in the post- I emailed again on the 11th Jan, received another email of reassurance- said must have got lost in the post, another package has been sent out, please allow 5-8 days for delivery- I am still waiting......not happy :( So on the 24th January 2024 @ 6 weeks since I ordered, my rings eventually arrived. At first I was underwhelmed by my rings but I have to say two weeks on I like my ring, my daughters is too big but we are looking into making it smaller. I have to say it was worth the wait- maybe hope rings should say allow 5-8 weeks for delivery not 5- 8 days- then the general public wouldn't get so worried, just saying 😉

Jan 16,2025Purchased this ring a couple of months ago for myself, it now contains my mums ashes. I do not wear this ring in shower or washing hands etc ( even though it states it’s waterproof). The ring has now turned copper colour on one side, and looks awful. :(

Feb 20,2025I placed an order on February 9 for a ring. The order is still processing, hasn’t been shipped, still waiting tracking confirmation. I don’t know where these customers are sending the satisfied reviews, as I have not even received a shipping confirmation let alone the product I ordered, not to mention the fact you already have my money. I have tried to call, the phone number that I found just rings, I have also sent a message, which has not been replied to. Very dissatisfied with this company. Would like a full refund! However, can’t seem to figure out how to get that because no one will reply! I think all these reviews are Explicit Word scam
