My ring got here as promised, and was even more beautiful than I had expected. It was in a beautiful box, and had an inspirational card inside. I just can't say enough about Hope Rings and Stephanie. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the gift box and the cards inside are so so beautiful. Now my children and myself have matching Silver rings in her memory. Don’t think I would go anywhere else now. She was able to modify my order to include engraving and send me tracking information using a minimum of information from me because I deleted it all to hide it from my wife to maintain the surprise. And all of this with responses so fast I had hardly set my phone down when I got a reply! Excellent customer service!!
