Aug 06,2021I was excited to visit the new store at Kelsall Hill. On both occasions I have visited, Jo has been especially fantastic even fitting my 3 year old niece with her first riding hat and she was excellent when sharing her advice on body protectors. The store has a wide range of items for both horse and rider. I would highly recommend visiting!

Aug 05,2021I fell off and torn my ACL and fractured my tibia 6 weeks ago. I was sent an email by hope valley saddlery about shires ellipse stirrups reduced from 179.99 to just 29.99, I was already planning on getting these when back in the saddle to help support my knee but at this price I ordered 5 pairs for each saddle. A lovely girl called me to say she could only send 3 as sold out so quickly and asked if this would be ok. I felt they went above and beyond rather than just sending an email actually went out of there way and made it alot more personal to call me. Stirrups arrived next day and a refund for the 2 pairs they couldn't send. I can't wait to get back in the saddle and test these out now. Thankyou so much.

This time I needed new riding boots for my daughter speedily, they were in stock at a store but not local to me. After ordering them on line I rang and spoke to customer services who contacted the store to see if they had chance to sort the order and ship it ASAP, the Boots arrived the very next day in time for Pony Camp. Jul 19,2021when my order arrived, the packaging was torn and an item was missing. It has been over a month since this happened and is still not resolved. If I had known that they use Yodel I would never have placed an order with them as I have had problems with them before. Give online shopping with them a big miss.

Jul 04,2021Online sales need to talk and work together with the stores as many issues happen due to mis communication. Issues do eventually get resolved but a 10% discount dosent make up for the faults!

Jun 28,2021Can not recommend this store enough! When I first got my horse I literally had nothing so had to buy everything new. Hope Valley literally kitted me out with everything I needed. I got everything online, delivery and service was great. I have since been into the Somerford store and again had a great experience there with friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely love going to Hope Valley, it is most definitely one of my favourite shops!!
