Jun 20,2021Kelsall Hill- hope valley shop. I would just like to say, I had the most lovely afternoon wondering around your shop today. So well laid out and easy to find items, even though the full stock hadn't been put out as the shop isn't fully open!. I could watch the showjumping whilst I was shopping and it kept dad occupied while I shopped too! 😂 Staff were also super helpful and friendly, treated me like a friend and i will definitely be coming back to shop as well as compete once I'm up and going with my new horse 🥰

Jun 18,2021Don't deal with this company is my advice. Their courier lost my parcel in its warehouse and after a dozen emails they still wont refund me. I have to wait for their courier to refund them first before they will give me back my money. Its almost a month now since I ordered.

Jun 07,2021I ordered 2 x Horseware Amigo Vamoose Evolution fly rugs for 1 5ft pony and 1 6ft6 horse. Both rugs fit perfectly and were great prices as they were on sale as half price. Easy purchase, quick delivery.

From luxury treats to every day necessities, the quality is amazing with reasonable prices as well as an easy to use website and very fast shipping! I had to exchange something the staff were so helpful and quick to turn it around! If only the shop was closer I would be In it every day! It’s every horse persons dream and I could easily take the entire shop home with me!!

Items were an excellent price, good quality & a very efficient purchase & paying system. The Christmas Advent calendar was also a brilliant idea & lovely pressies bought. Thank you Hope Valley Saddlery, wish you had a store closer to us here in Norfolk! No complaints here!
