May 20,2021Excellent place to buy horsey stuff from, great prices and sales and postage is fast had an issue with an item being out of stock during the pandemic and customer service was very helpful and got it sorted for me. Ignore the bad reviews

May 19,2021I have used Hopevalley quite a lot during lockdown and have found delivery to be quick and the service very good. The only negative for me is the website doesn't have an option to sort by 'biggest discount'.

May 19,2021I just love Hope Valley Saddlery, the staff at Somerford are always friendly and helpful. They are a lovely bunch and nothing is too much trouble! The only problem is that I spend too much money when I am there ! ha ha.

The staff at the Somerford branch can’t do enough to support and are always smiling and happy to help. I have also ordered online it came quickly but didn’t fit and took back to store and refund given straight away.

May 19,2021I regularly visit Hope Valley at Somerford Park to pick up anything I need to care for my horse and often a little treat for myself! The staff are always super helpful and they have a great selection of brands. I have also shopped online and cannot fault the service I have received!

The colour and size wasn't available in my size so the team contacted me via mobile is discuss this, I chose a colour in the size for me andbthey ordered it promptly and dispatched straight to me. Very happy with that service considering lockdown etc.

May 19,2021The new auctions are dangerous! 😂 I find myself adding items to my watchlist days in advance and have come away with loads of items from bridles to boxers at bargain prices. I pay the same evening and items are always delivered within about 2 days. The online shop itself would be my go to place when looking for any particular horsey item as there’s such a range of products whether you’re on a budget or looking to splash out. On one occasion I’ve ordered something that was out of stock and was contacted via email the next day and refunded quickly. Always been very happy with the service.

May 19,2021Ordered a pair of Musto competition breeches in the sale (an absolute bargain!) but unfortunately they didn’t fit so had to return them (no facility to exchange at present so had to re-order the next size up) - second order arrived quickly and received my refund for the original pair within a few days, can’t complain! Thank you 🙂

May 19,2021I’ve brought several items online from hope valley. Their products are very well priced, very good quality and they have a fantastic quick delivery service. They stock a wide range of brands and usually have a huge variety of products in the sale section aswell. One of my favourite equestrian shops. Highly recommend!

May 13,2021Amazing fast service and couldn’t of been more helpful. I called to check stock on a coat on Sunday evening (it was on their website but I knew the size I required was out of stock in most other places and I needed it fairly quickly), the girl checked straight away and said she’d keep it ready to post on Monday, as soon as I paid. I paid on the website on Sunday and my coat arrived on Tuesday! Excellent service, would definitely use again.

May 11,2021I pre-ordered items on the 2nd April. They weren't shipped until 20th April AFTER I messaged them to see what had happened with my pre-order (I seen the items were for sale on the website) It's now the 11th MAY and I STILL have not received my items. They ignore emails, Facebook messages and treat their customers awful, clearly just like to take your money and not bother ensuring getting the items to their customers. I will NEVER recommend or buy off them again. Disgraceful service. You asked me last week to submit a form to you to claim via YODEL which I did straight away and you have ignored me ever since even after I asked you to re send the items as its not my fault you use a bad courier service but I was ignored YET AGAIN.

May 10,2021They do not refund return postage or their original delivery charge, so only shop with them if you are prepared to pay £10 for ending up with nothing to show other than your own time being wasted in preparation of the item for return and a trip to the post office. Pathetic.

May 20,2021One of my go to equine stores! Hope Valley is one of the best horse shops out there, always find myself purchasing from here more than competitors. Never had a problem with my orders, really trustworthy company and good value for money too.
