Mar 15,2024So, I purchased several items from hope valley. One item was not there, I emailed to be basically told the girl who packed the parcel remembers putting the coat in. They then proceeded to suggest that it has been stolen. 1) package undamaged 2) I work for the delivery company !! Now 10 days later still nothing resolved and it was a birthday gift. With feed etc I spend hundreds a month with equisupermarket and never once have they done and incorrect order, absolute disgrace keep the jacket

A great selection of products and definitely one of my go to suppliers when buying new horsey bits. Will also always visit the stand if at horsey events such as Hickstead.

Mar 04,2024There was nothing wrong with the service provided by this company and they do say that the customer pays for returns, however, I was not aware this would be £12. This has put me off using them in the future when other companies supply a returns form for free. I would not have objected to anything under £5. I have just read the reply stating there is a returns label for 4.99, however, this cost is only mentioned on the exchange part of the page, as follows: Returns Policy If you Return your item(s) to us within 3 Months of receipt, in unsoiled, undamaged and unused condition, we will happily Refund or Exchange them for you. This includes all tags still being attached and returned in the product packaging in which the items were sent out in. Please do not apply postal stickers directly on to the product packaging. E.g, footwear boxes, rug bags etc. In the event of these terms not being adhered to, we may be forced to deduct from your refund. Refunds within the statutory period are made in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations. Please send all Returns to: Returns Dept, Hope Valley Saddlery, Rockhead House, Staden Lane, Buxton, SK17 9RZ. It is essential that you include a covering note with your parcel, telling us: Your Original Order Number, Your Name and Contact Phone Number, Whether you would like a Refund or an Exchange (and what you might require in exchange).
