However, the Chinese consultant from INF company assisted me in the entire claim process, and I am particularly grateful for her and her leadership's help. If there are friends around me who need to purchase travel insurance, I will loudly recommend INF to them.

I went on the INF Elite Plan because I needed to be covered for pre-existing conditions too, and the support team was very helpful when I was deciding plans. They were available for calls and questions 24/7. The medical concierge was also helpful in giving relevant and concise information when I was filling in my insurance details at the hospital as well as with other questions pertaining to booking an appointment. Especially travelling to the US, I think it's important to have a plan that's linked to United Healthcare and they have that. Overall, I am happy with this and will be a lifelong member of INF.
