Hop! Insurance has good coverage and is easy to understand and purchase. I purchase for my mom's visit to United States and she visited a doctoc via telemecidine and it worked out pretty well. I recommend Hop! insurance for travellling to US.

I used hop to buy travel medical insurance for myself and my dependents. It was a very smooth process. I have not yet used it for a claim so I can’t provide much feedback on that yet. I do like how the policy explains clearly what to do in case we need to seek medical care or make claims regarding issues with our travel.

My recent experience of extending the existing insurance policy was very smooth and seamless. When I was exploring the options, the Customer support staff got hooked over phone and explained the nuances besides suggesting the options to choose from. Pricing was competitive and without much effort could complete the process online in a short period of time. Love the swift support and hassle free experience with INF Plans/Hop Insurance.

I applied for HOP Mindor, and the payment went through immediately, but it took 6 days to receive the Plan due to technical issues. I asked your HOP team (even though the plan come through) if I was covered at the time of the payment just for assurance. Some said Yes and others said can you write to the operations team. I had written twice to the operations team and had talked to the online chat every day and every time I spoke to them online chat I had to repeat the whole problem every time.

I found the HOP insurance easy to select as they have provided clear details on each of their offered plans. I needed a travel insurance for my visit and there were quite few options to choose. I also got help and recommendations from the customer support in selecting right plan for me. I told them my preferences like covered ER cost, medical assistance for pre existing conditions etc and they recommended good choices that were budget friendly. Additionally I found their customer service very proactive and quick in responding especially in time of need For e.g. when you ask them for nearby ER services, hospitals where they have coverage.

The Hop plan is different from the INF plans in terms of it's coverage. It helps with travel mostly but INF is a health insurance product. Definitely dig deeper into the plan to understand the differences in the coverage and see what works better for you. It took me a couple of days to really understand the nuances. After learning more about both the plans, I decided to go with INF Elite since I was looking for health insurance for my parent's visit. Brad was extremely helpful in helping me make a decision on the plan which worked better for my situation.

I was trying to navigate the website to find the right plan for my elderly aunt traveling from Canada to the United States. The website had a host of plans, and I finally called the number listed on the website to get guidance. The customer rep came on in less than 30 seconds after a short phone tree. I told him what I was looking for, and he promptly explained to me which plan was best for my aunt. He was straightforward on what was covered, and there was no upsell or pressure. He then was patient to answer all my questions clearly, prior to ending the call. I hope we don’t have to use this plan.
