It was a nice experience signing up for the HOP! Insurance. These plans are offered at a discount to the INF plans and there are options to add other features as well if needed.

I bought this insurance a few days ago for my in-laws arriving from India. Before buying insurance I did research and found that buying comprehensive insurance would be a safer bet in case visitors face major health crisis. I was also advised by my friends to buy Hop (formerly INF Elite plan) based on his past good experience. What I liked about HOP/INF was that their site was easy to compare different plans and make choice. Upon calling customer service, representative clearly explained best choices for my needs without trying to up-sale or cross-sale any products. With few easy to provide information, I was done with enrollment and their insurance information was already sent to me through email. I am rating this 4/5 stars for customer service and simplicity of site to enroll and compare products. Since I have not come to take benefit of the insurance (fortunately) yet, I can't yet say what will be experience if I have to make claim within in-network hospitals.

Easy to sign up and a great comparison for different plans on their website. I bought for 1month. Reasonable prices as well. I have not used it (and I hope I never do), but from the reviews I’ve heard from work, Reddit, Facebook group, they seem really nice!

The sign up experience was very smooth. The customer support helped in understanding the differences between the various plans. I have not filed a claim but the overall experience and process of filing claims/help as outlined is very easy (via whatsapp).

I learned about hop from one of my colleagues whose dad was visiting him in the US. After going over their plans and also looking at reviews I was thoroughly impressed. Also, my colleague's dad had an incident for which he needed to visit urgent care, and the experience with Hop was very pleasant. So far customer support has been awesome since I purchased the plan. Hopefully, we don't need to use it, but knowing that Hop stands behind the promise makes life a lot easier.

Had a smooth experience purchasing HOP Insurance. We always purchase the insurance for our employees who are visiting US. Fortunately there have been no instances of a medical emergency so far, but based on the feedback from others, they say it is a smooth process. Highly recommend HOP insurance!

I purchased travel insurance for my mother-in-law through Hop Travel Insurance. I was impressed with the variety of plans available, as well as the helpful customer service. The agent I spoke to was able to answer all of my questions and help me choose the right plan for my needs. The purchase process was easy and quick, and I received my insurance certificate immediately. I have not had to make a claim, so I cannot speak to the claims process. However, I have been impressed with the customer service so far. I have contacted them with a few questions, and they have been responsive and helpful.
