Aug 19,2021Oh dear, where do I start? Car not prepped on collection, service history not available, no manual, log book never turned up. In fairness, they did try to put things right, but it was just layers of incompetence I think, rather than any intent to rip me off. In the end, after 5 weeks and still nothing rectified, we agreed I'd hand back the car. They gave a poor deal on my part exchange I now realise, so I am out of pocket and carless, but at least they did the honourable thing and let me return the car.....am waiting for the funds though, so fingers crossed 🤞

Aug 13,2021My VW Golf was booked in for a Timing Belt change. It was scheduled for completion on the same day. Unfortunately the replacement kit supplied by a third party supplier was incomplete, necessitating retention of the car for a further day. Horsepower were excellent in that they kept me fully informed of the situation and the work was completed by midday on the second day..

Timing wise they are always quick and realistic to respond, clear and honest with what needs doing and sometimes we even receive a diagnostic video of the Mechanics working, showing exactly what they are working, which is quite interesting. Jul 30,2021I bought my car from them about 10 years ago and have taken it back for services and MOTs ever since. Having had some bad experiences at other garages it has restored my faith in them. I don’t feel cheated or taken advantage of and will happily take my car back to them. I’ve never had a problem with them, I feel they are honest and trustworthy.
