Nov 09,2021They could do a bit better. As a customer before this purchase I was expecting to look after me a bit better. I think they lost a client with 2 cars now.

Nov 09,2021I was looking for a little run around to use just for work as the lanes I use are particularly bad… found what I wanted at Horsepower Peter the salesman was just delightful so friendly and helpful and not over bearing with a hard sell like other garages. They serviced and MOT’d the vehicle and it was ready on the day they said, and to save me sorting it they sorted the TAX for me, before I got home I did have an engine warning light appear, I spoke to the servicing department Kyle & Duncan after a couple of checks found the fault, (a sensor) ordered a new one from the main dealer booked it in, lent me a hire car as it ended up being a full days work and sorted it all out.. throughout my experience everyone I met at this sale room and garage has been polite, friendly and gone over and above to help me, checking your ok offering hot drinks, all in all very very impressed would highly recommend to anyone
