Apr 24,2020I was actually with DistroKid when a close and trusted friend highly recommended Horus Music for my next release. After going through their website, I decided to switch over to them. And I haven't been disappointed so far. My song has reached all the stores very quickly after I uploaded it first in their site. They have excellent and transparent packages for music promotion and play listing. They actually hear each and every song that is uploaded for release on their site, which is pretty awesome!!.. But for me, the best part is their customer service. Prompt replies to emails within the day, sometimes within minutes and ready availablility on phone for any kind of emergencies. My first release through Horus is up in 5 days from now on the 28th of April. Hoping the rest of my experience is as pleasant as it's been uptill now.

The sheer amount of services they have on offer, with utmost transparency, is vey impressive. Right from simply, distributing a song, to exhaustive marketing packages along with a whole section dedicated to even distributing your music video, they have it all covered. And to top it all, they are armed with robust customer service. Emails are responded to promptly within a few hours, and they're always easily accessible on the phone. As an artist, you don't want your music to be handled by automated systems or bots. You want to talk to someone who gives you assurances and results. They claim that they listen to every track that they receive. That alone was the sole selling point for me.

Apr 15,2020Great service, always available to answer client calls and queries swiftly either by phone or email and they know how to get things done. There’s no long waits with “create a ticket” options where you’re treated like a number like there often is with most indie distributors. The direct monthly payment direct to accounts is great too without having to cash out. Very professional service and in my view underrated.
