For a long time I have been using Horus Music, they’re really good but for two months I have not received YouTube Music royalities ( except Content ID ) I don’t know why and I receive very little royalities compared to the number of my views on YouTube I trust them I hope my trust is still

I've been planning this release for almost a year now and for an unsigned artist, it was nice working with Horus music right up to the release buildup. Shout-out to Rosa W and Valerie for their great clientele rapport. They practically crafted out an alternative payment option when I had difficulties via PayPal. The press one sheet was very apt, and the entire campaign process was a dream come true. Although, a bit expensive but I'll give them a 5-star rating for services worth the expenses

Never used Horus Music , trust me you will regret it. They one-sided closed my account and accused me of streaming suspiciously because my stream comes from Spotify only. what a ridiculous reason. and my music only generates 50 - 100 stream per day. it only gets like $20 -$30 a month. How can I market it to another streaming platform with this small amount of money or even pay the streaming bot. Remember everything will be good till you start earning royalties. and they will rob you, close your account, take your money and gone. Simply accused you of violating the're term and rules. I tried to explain to their email , and they just ignore you. Thanks for this horrible experience Horus.
Just to bring a little balance, I like the business model and you can always get through on the phone. Generally, emails are answered within a couple of hours. I have released five singles and received a few pence, so the system does work. On the down side, I have informed customer service that the admin system MCZ seems unprofessional and there are unnecessary quirks, such as a frustrating wheel of doom for every page change and an overly fussy verification panel to check whether you are a robot. Ironically, I defy ChatGPT to successfully determine whether a traffic light in the distance is a traffic light or whether a roast chicken is a bird. It feels like an in-joke but it may just be that MCZ induces paranoia. I was informed a while ago that my account had been cancelled through inactivity and I found that Spotify for Artists were asking me to reclaim my ID but this seems since to have been fixed. I was told today that they are updating their website front end but this is the wrong priority...please get some professionals to redesign MCZ as a matter of urgency - do us all a favour, and don't drive away business! I'm sticking with Horus because I'm chasing my investment in learning the process, despite some expertly laconic email replies from technical support in the past and the time I've spent over the last two days trying to change my email address, which I'm relieved to say, I have just been able to do!
Used another distribution service before and started moving our old catalogue to Horus Music after a recommendation on the Internet. We also did our new releases with them this year. Suddenly without warning, they decided to close our account and delete all our songs, based on one of the old songs that we were moving to and has already been live for 2 years. Something was "suspicious". Now all our tracks are taken down, not only the one they said was suspicious. We have spent relentless hours producing these, and also offered to show all stems and production files to prove they are original. But did not help. We have to spend a lot of time and money now to get these back with another distributor. WARNING for this company.
I just received this message today You have canceled you subscription for Unlimited distribution (12 months) - Date 10/03/2023 - 09/03/2024 of Igreja Presbiteriana at Horus Music Limited. I just received the email above with NO justification. After 3 months, when i supposed to start receiving my royalties... But i DID NOT CANCELLED anything. They dont reply to my emails. Stay away from this scammer site.
They unsubmit every release on made up grounds. Never got them to release my album even though I made every change they asked for, they always came up with new reasons. Wanted a refund, they immediately canceled my subscription and took down the one release I got through without refund, leaving this one collaboration album undistributed for weeks.
My Horus Music account was deleted and so were my songs and they don't even answer my emails. Horus Music only accepts Indian music, electronic music for them is all copyrighted!!!

I particularly want to emphasise the support of this company: In case of problems, they respond within a few hours on weekdays and solve problems as quickly as possible. Entering the metadata can be quite challenging as there is a lot of data to be entered. If the data is entered incorrectly, it is also possible to change/add to the metadata at a later date. The support Horus provides is really unique.
