Oct 22,2024After asking how shortly I will get server, agent told me that I will receive it within 30-60 minutes, but here is a catch they proceed payments with 24 hours, customer support agent can't do anything even thought I got receipt from them almost imideatly. Also they can't refund via support you would need to contact sales. False advertising, support really doesn't wanna help. As soon as you pay they will answer you longer too. Really bad expirience. UPD, invoice is finally proceeded, I decided to check them our for one month.

Oct 08,2024Ho ordinato un server dedicato "storage" su Hostkey.com il 6 ottobre 2024 (Xeon E3-12xx, 16GB RAM, 2x8TB HDD). Fin da subito, il server è stato consegnato non funzionante, presentando problemi di boot gravi. Ho contattato il supporto più volte, sia tramite ticket che chat, ma l'assistenza ricevuta è stata del tutto inefficace. Le risposte del supporto erano vaghe e non mostravano alcun reale impegno nel risolvere il problema. Dopo due giorni di attesa e ripetuti tentativi da parte mia, il server continua a non funzionare. Mi è stato chiesto più volte di "provare questo o quello", senza che venissero proposte soluzioni concrete. A mio avviso, il server era difettoso fin dall'inizio e la mancanza di una risoluzione adeguata rende questo servizio inaffidabile. Purtroppo, non posso che sconsigliare Hostkey a chiunque stia cercando un servizio di hosting serio e funzionante. Ho già richiesto la terminazione del servizio e il rimborso, ma questa esperienza è stata estremamente deludente.

Jul 24,2024I've used HK for over 5 years and had multiple dedicated servers with them. This is an unmanaged service, so I receive no technical support. Uptime is as close to 100% as you can get, and I have rarely experienced any hardware faults.

Jul 15,2024I am happy with the hosting service. Everything is fine and fast, and the support is great! A few weeks ago, there was a fire, which is understandable. However, what I didn't like was the lack of timely information about the server outage and its expected duration. I only received an email many hours later, informing me about the fire and that the issue would take additional hours to resolve. I would appreciate receiving such information within 1-2 hours in the future.
