Sep 24,2023Our Server went down a few hours ago and we raised a support ticket. We haven't received a proper update on the ticket 9+ hours later and the issue is still pending. We are switching now the provider because this level of support and service is unacceptable for any company that needs these servers.

Jul 06,2023i've ordered a vps, i payed and got the vps... i got my server running in 2 days and in another 2 days i got mail that my service was shut down, due to id confirmation issues. wel everything is corrosponding to my name, aswel as my bank information and adres. so that was strange.. i asked for a refund then... at first it was ok. and then it was not possible and they are trying to guide me to some guidelines... but nothing they say i can find... the only thing closest i could find was that if the "identification proces" goes not right they are allowed to shut me down after 30 days. not in like 4... it al feels like one big scam. i never had this by one or another vps/dedi service

Jun 09,2023We rented a GPU server at Hostkey, which was cheap, but the service was very poor. Frequent (once a month) downtimes, with peaks of up to 36 hours of downtime. Customer service takes hours to respond, they seem to have no monitoring on their end because we always had to contact them whenever the machine went offline again.

Aug 09,2022I am currently in process of cancelling the services with them. Their services are below average. Their customer support is just a bunch of russians which don't care about anything. They restart servers whenever they want and always have an excuse for their poor services. Technical Support is the worse, basically nobody can respond and help you in any way... even if they respond, basically they just waste your time. The servers crash at least 1/month... AT LEAST... and every time is a power source problem :)) There are so many better options out there.

Dec 03,2021Don't let yourself fool into their services from the "Netherlands" umbrella or their nice landing page. If you ever need support (and if you ever rented a server you'll know that it is not a question of IF, but WHEN) then you're out of luck. The support team has a defensive "CANNOT" and "pay extra for this" attitude rather than solving issues in your best interest. Can not recommend.

Sep 26,2023Server for the second day 503. Client sites do not work. I wrote to the chat - they responded, write to support. Wrote to support - silence. They don't do anything or respond. Not a reliable service at all. I do not advise.
