Ik gebruik hostkey al een paar jaar en hun service is altijd betrouwbaar en snel. Het supportteam is echt chill en helpt altijd snel. Ze beiden flexibele oplossingen die perfect bij mijn passen en dat voor een goede prijs. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die opzoek naar de goede hosting.

Very very poor support, They are not running a datacenter , they are running local shop since their network team work only in day time, if customer have issue with server , they don’t care about it, they never know the meaning of downtime

The worst service ever! I tried to singup to their site and their system refused to give me an sms to verify. Contacting support and going back and forth they told me (this is out of the area of my responsibility) and they told me to get a new phone number ahahhahaha Thank you customer support rep you made look at these reviews and saved me time and money.

They do not make it clear that you have to provide a domain with an actual site to be able to open any ports on their virtual servers (vps). Something you will learn after buying... Which can make the vps you just bought a nice paperweight if you need to open any ports for your use case. Even worse if you can't instantly refund due to the fact that you paid for 3+ months.... EDIT: Support was fast to help me get a refund.

Basically i was working with them but i got the next issue--> they dont provide any control of your password,i did change it ,and my vps bugged the password (i was using the right one but was not working) AND THEIR SOLUTION IS WIPE THE SERVER AND RE-INSTALL EVERYTHING,I DONT RECOMMEND THIS VPS WHEN THERE ARE MANY BETTER OPTIONS AND YOU WILL AVOID HAVE A HIGH RISK OF LOSE ALL YOUR WORK ON A SERVER

Horror... I had many servers from different companies, but hostkey.com was the first company that blocked the server because it saw spam, but there was no spam, we installed LMS Moodle and just sent out a mailing to our students in Moodle, about 200 students, got a ban, technical support sends us to another resource so that we can solve this problem there, it’s very funny, so we have nothing else to do but beg to be unblocked because we sent homework to our own students. I do not recommend this provider.

Terrible admin area and non interested customer support, BUT their servers are very reliable once they are up - so if you are happy to dance around the admin area of payment issues (invoices not being automatically paid via paypal) it is a good option for a start up.

Avoid this hosting company at all costs. We have been using Hostkey for the last 12 months and initially had few problems with their server. We are using a GPU server to run critical functionalities. During the last 3 months we had to raise support tickets every 3 days to get our server online again. Additionally, the support team that can activate the server again is often not available. We have been waiting multiple times more than 48 hours to have our server restored again as many critical support teams are not working during the weekend. We have now cancelled our contract and will move by the end of the week to a different provider. Hostkey is one of the cheapest providers but it comes at a massive risk and cost. I suggest not working with this hosting company.

I cannot stress enough how abysmal the support from this company is. Their irresponsibility knows no bounds. Whether you're a paying client or not, if your server experiences any issues, don't expect them to lift a finger. My server was down for a whopping 10 hours, and they couldn't care less. Despite raising ticket CS-153689, they failed to provide any viable solution. Their customer service representatives seem utterly clueless about the simplest of matters. If you value your sanity and the satisfaction of your clients, steer clear of this company. Dealing with them will only invite a myriad of problems. I'm not sure if HostKey's CEO, Jeroen de Bie, is aware of the deplorable state of their support team, but this level of incompetence and indifference is inexcusable.

The worst Customer Support that I have ever seen till now. No solution, not answering for a long time, I just had a login issue I had to wait for 1 hour and got no solution. They have no respect for customers.

There servers are great if you get them up and running but the admin back end is a total mickey mouse set up. The admin back end has many problems (from auto payments not working, to correct pin codes never being accepted, to duplicate servers being created when you only wanted one (and you are billed for it) . The support staff must not get paid much as their help is a joke, just telling you to send email to bill@... but then you never get a reply.

Guys PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY HERE i never see a support like that, i never see a quality of work like that i spend montly more then 20k for my servers, and i try them really never never ever see somthing like THAT. This company is 0% reaible, the quality of work is 0, support quality is -100 Nothing work, you buy a server sms not come, you format a server it crash, IPM not work, refound takes days. Ping to high, system crash Speed slow. And about the panel, hahaha this is joke of 21th dont buy, if you buy this is the biggest mistake that you make.

So I have been a customer at Hostkey for quite some years and I noticed that it went every year just more worse. Here are some of my issues Reinstall not working: First the reinstall button for windows. Thats not working which was said in one of the tickets that was made. And in order to autemate this with my billing system and API of Hostkey I need it to work. It doesn't. Since it doesn't work I got a question to let it reinstall by a enigeer and I agreed for this time only, it got reinstalled and then it showed 4 cores instead of 8. And as you said yourself I have bought 4 licenses which is 8 cores. Then I waited, waited & waited. No reaction. Stupid specs: Then I asked about the CPU bottleneck. Because of only 8 cores to a RTX 4090 I was only able to use the 40-50% of the GPU which means I do not get the full performance, which is ridicoules. I requested in the ticket for more cores and aknowledged you that it is ridicules to give 8 cores ofsuch bad CPU to a RTX 4090. Then I got a response today that the cores has been changed but apperatenly the staff did not send this in the right ticket, no problem but then correct your fault please. It also seems like they rushed the iceland launch of RTX 4090 machines. Network issues: Then also the network issue, when I bought the VM it was 1gbit full after some of the 4090 vms where sold at you the network performance went down, really down. To atleast 200-300mbps and then I got told by the "amazing" livechat staff that I could be using 700mbps of data for a 720p/1080p connection. Which makes no sense because thats uploading not downloading and nothing is wrong with the upload performance. Then someone in the ticket replied to me and continueing to say that the issue is on my side - please educate yourself.. I even provided proof that the stream does not use 700mbps, it used 0.8mbps. Rude staff & uneducated staff on livechat & general support: Staffs on livechat were very rude in my opinion, they start to look nice but after a while they will start to look rude. They will ignore your questions even if they saw it. Staffs were also very uneducated of the company they work for, most of the times they didn't know what to say - or they do not know about the things they sell. They are also very not customer friendly - I once had a issue and they kept saying that I was on a VPN. I don't have a VPN and I am not which they didn't believe. Staffs in tickets is the same thing for general support. (Not the department selfs) They keep on telling things that are not possible or do not even read your case and automatically reply when seeing something they recognize. Russian company: I have nothing against russians but they claim that they are a dutch company but in the years I have bought services there - and the amounts of tickets I made and the departments I contacted. I never got any non-russian staff. Not even in the livechat, no-where. Company is full of russians, I tried to ask them why that is but ofcourse it got ignored or they tried to change the topic to something not relevant. No managers/admins on weekends: Company like hostkey should have managers & admins available at weekends, I don't know the number of how many customers they have but I believe its alot and it does not make sense to allow general support to work but all other departments closed. And I have also been now waiting for 5 days and almost a week to get my service running but yeah ofcourse this is all not working I can continue to write and point out much more points but this should be enough to let you know to stay away from this company. UPDATE: Eventually they told me that my service will be blocked and that I will get a full refund and that I cannot buy anything in the future anymore from Hostkey. Atleast I got the money back..

I have been using the ryzen 5950 x servers for a more than 6 months for my gaming community, I tried many hosts from around the web, I would say you will never get a price like that for a config that insane, the support is really good, they take the time to respond to you and the server config is amazing, 130 euro for a ryzen 5950x, 128 gb DDR4 ram, 1gbps connection and 1 TB nvme? I never saw that. I will stick with this company for a while because this is the only company I never had troubles with. Thank you for your great support/services! However, I did get ddosed a lot, we had some lags but the servers never actually crashed, and that's without my proxy. Its actually really good!
