May 14,2023hotel direct was a perfect choice for are trip to London easy to book and a good choice of various hotels and great seats at the apollo theatre all information was emailed to me tickets etc I received a email few days before arriving in London to confirm hotel booking will definitely use again.

Apr 14,2023Hotel was excellent, service , staff , cleanliness , food and our room, couldn't fault it. The Gin bar was very good too ,so much choice and if you wasn't sure what to have the staff were very helpful.We also had breakfast which was amazing, so much choice and the food was very good too.

Apr 10,2023I booked a full package of travel hotel and show. I requested low down due to a disability. However the hotel miles away from train station resulting in getting tube at extra costs then a 15 minute walk after not the 6 minutes walk from station they imply then the show is 1 n half hours away from hotel so again further costs incurred. As this wasn't exactly cheap I wasn't expecting all the extra costs and walking when I clearly explained my disability. However we had a great break the hotel and staff was amazing and show great although stuck up in the circle at the side having to sit on edge of seat as stage not visible due to ledges so although was a great weekend it was very painful for myself and I felt very let down by Hotel Direct

Apr 02,2023Website was easy to use, we knew what show we wanted to see and where we wanted to sit, finding the right hotel was a little more complicated (as there are so many) but we just had tripadvisor/booking.com open as well so we could see a bit more detail at the same time. Booking both hotel and theatre together via Hotel Direct gives much better value for the hotel room. All the information came via email with instructions on what would be needed to check-in at hotel and tickets for theatre (I printed them out). Easy check in and easy at the theatre. Would definitely recommend using them to get a great deal when doing both theatre and hotel together.

Apr 01,2023Excellent service, due to rail strikes in December, our trip to London had to be cancelled. Hotels Direct re booked train and same hotel for March. Just returned after 3 fabulous days, best hotel I've stayed at in the city at a budget price. Communication from H D excellent
