Excellent Customer Service. We booked a London Theatre Break through Hotel Direct. Unfortunately the Hotel made an error(s) and charged us for the room (twice) when it had already been paid for through our initial Hotel Direct booking. This was not the fault of Hotel Direct, however when they found out about it they sorted it with speed and efficiency. The customer service team couldn't do more to help. It's reassuring to book with a company, who you know are accessible when there's an issue and who will do all they can to sort any issues. We would not hesitate to use Hotel Direct again, although with a different Hotel.
Stayed in central Dublin for the weekend with my sister. Booking was super easy, fantastic customer service provided by Hotel Direct. Hotel was fab, rooms super clean and breakfast was diverse and great quality. Overall fantastic stay, will definitely book through Hotel Direct again.
We were due to fly to London from Scotland on 3rd Feb 23. My husband fell ill and was admitted to hospital for 5 days. On discharge on 16th Jan 23 advised not to travel. We contacted Hotel Direct explained situation but told we would not get a refund or could not move our dates. This was a 60th birthday gift to my husband. I understand we would lose the Theatre tickets but to lose everything is disgusting. We lost £766. Surely there should be an exception under certain circumstances. (Illness) . We offered to show our discharge letter, but Hotel Direct was not interested! Thus company needs to be a bit more compassionate. We received % of our money back from BA airlines. A very disgruntled customer.

Website wasn't working great but when I called the staff were very helpful and informative. I even deleted my holiday details and they were happy to resend the details without delay. Great service, easy to book, would definitely use hotel direct again

We enjoyed the whole weekend
I booked but then found the booking would be impossible for my wife. Called them up half an hour after making the booking and their approach was tough luck mate - you were given the terms and conditions it is non moveable and non refundable. Absolutely immovable and simply happy to hang on to the cash - they wouldn't even consider a change of date. I understand that there is a whole load of small print but I always thought I had some consumer rights (I will of course make further enquiries to this effect) I also understand that companies need to protect themselves but behaviour like this is uncivilised and in my view unprofessional. So I am some £300 out of pocket! I will not use them again and i would advise anyone reading this to think carefully before they do Be VERY VERY careful if you buy anything from them - NOTHING can be changed!!!!! Very unhappy with "customer service"
Fantastic! Took our boy to the Chelsea stadium tour and stayed at the onsite hotel. Booking with hoteldirect made it so easy. The tour and hotel stay with breakfast in one simple booking, plus there was a room upgrade we didn't even know about until we arrived! It made the whole experience such a breeze at very competitive prices too. Would highly recommended and i will certainly be using them for our next trip.
Awesome! Our second trip to London with HotelDirect. We just wouldn't even consider using any other company! How a company from Truro Cornwall can offer such fabulous times in London amazes me. You are simply the best!

Quick and easy way of booking show tickets and accommodation. Great if you want to book trains too, takes out the hassle of booking all separately

I had to ring the company about travel arrangements due to the train strikes & they were very helpful,clearly explained what we had to do.
Got to our hotel to find they had only booked one room instead of two. Nobody available to help and totally spoilt our birthday celebrations. Avoid at all costs, better booking directly with hotels and theatres
