He offered to help of a refund if could not get on trains but we managed to get to destination through limited trains in the end but was grateful to know they could have helped if needed. Thank you.

With the rail strikes affecting our holiday, Hotel Direct kept in regular contact and were able to move our travel dates and reassuring that all was well in what must have been a very challenging time for them.
