Feb 20,2022Very good service from Hotel Direct. The Play That Goes Wrong was superb - a laugh a minute from start to finish. The hotel was OK, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and our room comfortable and clean once the problem with a non-working heater was sorted.

Feb 17,2022Very disappointing experience with this company. Booked a theatre and hotel package for my husband as something to look forward to after undergoing treatment for cancer. Unfortunately we were not able to go as he contracted covid as his immune system is suppressed. When I contacted them to transfer to another date was told this was not an option. Feel very let down by what appears to be an unsympathetic company.

Feb 14,2022We had a lovely time in London once we arrived. Unfortunately we were delayed by over two hours on the way down due to a power outage. We then had to change trains when we had booked to travel straight through. We were advised to apply for compensation from the rail company only to then find out that due to the package we had booked this did not apply to us. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Feb 10,2022I booked for a one night stay in London for our anniversary. The hotel was well placed for our evening at the theatre and the staff at the hotel Indigo were very helpful . Upgraded our room so we could enjoy the London skyline , thankyou.

Feb 04,2022Do not use this company they double booked reserved train seats for my husband and I travelling back from london. Stood over 2 hours on a busy train having sciatica and wearing a mask. No apology nothing even going through complaints with ABTA nothing whatsoever

Jan 24,2022Booked a rail/hotel break, Kings X to Edinburgh, at short notice with Hotel Direct. The booking system was easy allowing us to select the train times for both journeys. It was simple to book and pay. The rail tickets were available to print almost immediately. Booking in at the Hotel was simple. Everything ran very smoothly. We will definitely use Hotel Direct again for this type of trip.
