Jan 04,2025The process of booking hotel and theatre together was so straightforward and easy for a first-timer. I don’t know London and would have had no idea where to book. I wanted my hotel and theatre to be close enough to each other to not have to arrange transport late into the evening. The hotels are listed according to proximity to the theatre. This was perfect for us.I really appreciated the email a few days before my trip from Hotel Direct to let me know that my booking with the hotel had been doubled checked and confirmed. I will definitely be using this service again!

Jan 01,2025Great service from start to finish. Well priced package for the ABBA Voyage. All information you needed for the hotel and the venue. Definitely use the services in the future, makes it so much easier when booking it as a bundle than separately.

Dec 29,2024Really easy to book and a great price. I had to call customer service as we needed to change one of our room from a double to a twin and spoke to a lovely lady called Lynn. She spoke directly to the hotel and arranged this and also followed up to confirm a few days before the booking. Excellent service.

Dec 29,2024Fantastic Experience from start to finish. The Hotel Direct site is so easy to use and is great for booking rail & hotel packages like I did. The site is so straight forward, put in your dates & travel times and it gives you a selection of hotels to choose from and you can also put in preferences for your rail seats, then very quickly sends you all your tickets via email that you can also download. Great experience Thanks!

Dec 16,2024Fantastic company. I wanted to do ABBA Voyage, train and stay as a birthday treat and came across Hotel Direct, they took away all the worry of getting the booking right myself ! All the tickets came through and my hotel was confirmed a day before which was excellent. Everything went smoothly we had a fab time and all at an excellent price! Thanks so much team I’ll be using you again 😀

Dec 14,2024Never used Hotel Direct before but will certainly be using them again. We visited London and stayed at The Tower Bridge Hotel and went to see The Lion King. Service was amazing recommendations were spot on kept upto date and received an email the day before travelling confirming all was ok. Fantastic service.

Jan 06,2025Hotel Direct was a great place to look for an all inclusive break to London which included travel, the hotel and a show. It all worked well except for some confusion about the times of our trains and we were struggling to book actual seats on the outward journey. We called at the rail ticket office to amend and confirm the train time and book our seats. Otherwise, it was all good.
