They have experienced staff, who are so knowledgeable and identify your exact requirements and fit this with the perfect package. A special mention to both Chris and Tom who have helped me on at least two occasions, find the best weekend break possible….thank you.

Aug 07,2024Booked ABBA Voyage and hotel stay with HOTEL DIRECT theatre breaks. Easy transaction and reasonable price. As we booked several months in advance I particularly liked that the company sent me an arrival assurance a week before our booking letting me know that everything was in place for our stay. Would definitely use this company again.

Jul 16,2024Always book all my travels with Hotel Direct, really good value that you won’t find anywhere else. Extremely well priced train and hotel packages make it very convenient to plan and book. Have been using them for years, only had a slight issue once with train tickets , which was sorted immediately . Very easy to get in touch with , direct UK phone number and everything dealt with promptly and efficiently .

Jul 11,2024Great company excellent choice of hotels. Rang up instead of completing online as had concerns regarding any future rail strikes. The agent knew what they were talking about and booked hotel and rail tickets had confirmation very quickly. We stays at the tower hotel and although we didn’t book a room with a tower view room 623 had both docks and tower view. They sent confirmation the day before we travelled to say that they had telephoned the hotel to make sure our booking was good.

Jul 09,2024Always book with hotel direct, stress free transaction. Easy to book online theatre breaks and trains. Great selection of hotels and information how far hotel is from theatres and easy to select theatre seats and hotel rooms. Love that I can choose this as a package and just print all the info at home straight away. So easy to deal with and great communication, even received an email on the day of my trip to say they had confirmed our booking again with the hotel, can’t ask for more. Highly recommend hotel direct.
