Jan 25,2020Terrible quality products! Do not buy! Had our shower 6 months and it’s gone rusty, the gold colour is coming off in places and the shower head leaks. Can you believe £200 only buys you 6 months warranty? Then the customer support team washed their hands of you. We missed warranty by about a week and they are saying the gold comes off as wear and tear... after 6 months? Absolute joke. Horrible horrible products. Stay away! To answer your response; That is a load of rubbish. If I used soap and water it wouldn’t have got the rust and limescale off. The material that doesn’t rust but does rust.... Your support team have asked me to do something I can’t do so I will get my plumber to check the head and see if that is why there is a leak. Still can’t believe £200 only buys you 6 months warranty for wear and tear. Like I say, terrible quality.

I was after replacement parts for my shower and I contacted support via email many times for dimensions and information about the products before purchasing and replies were always very quick even at the weekend. When the parts did arrive there were very high quality and delivery was quick.
