Yet to be fitted but arrived well packaged and quick. With these taps I also had a sink from same company. The sink fittings were not standard fittings and the plumber had to buy all new. Also the tap fittings were difficult for the plumber to get a match for the piping. Would not recommend to anyone.

I was thrilled when I found the most beautiful cast iron bath at House of Enki. The challenge was to get it to France along with some other items we ordered from them. They were INCREDIBLE and organised an affordable shipment which arrived within 5 days! I would recommend them wherever you are.

Ich built meanwhile three of our bathrooms with House of Enki concealed shower faucet thermostatic. The first some years ago, the two new ones last autumn and this spring. They are good looking, fit the german pipe system as well and working great. The last mounted there was a problem with the thermostatic cartouche which didn`t let hot water pass - fast and directly solved by the customer support of Tap Store&More (House of Enki). That`s the way, it has to be! Thank you!

Customer service is a joke ! The products are unfit for purpose.That is my opinion after 40yrs of been in the industry Your response is a Joke the product was not fit for purpose Who refunds a tradesman wages for the day ? Damaged no it wasn’t the clips were steel glued onto stainless.Shame on you , your products are rubbish FULL STOP DO NOT BUY THIS TAT.
