Feb 28,2025I have had a jacket for two months only been worn twice. It was tan when I first got it, now is covered in random black marks all over more showing each day. I contacted customer service and sent photos only to be told it's colour transfer off something else? Sent more emails and photos as it was getting worse they will not accept it's bad quality still will not take responsibility for a replacement or money back and now not even replying to emails. Have looked through other reviews I can see other people have been treated the same when someone is wrong. I am now left with an unusable two months old jacket that cost over £100.00. Please think carefully if you are going to order I wish I had looked at the reviews.

Feb 21,2025Ordered a handbag for my wife's birthday don't trust ordering on line because items not as advertised but credit where it's due not only delivery excellent product was 1st class.Would use this company again without a doubt well done house of leather.

Feb 07,2025Ordered the Hobo Style Handbag. Item came in good time and appeared ok quality of £44.99. After two weeks of use the top layer of leather was coming away in places. Customer services was not very responsive and accused me of rubbing the bag on rough surfaces - their 30 years of experience tells them this. I’ve never had a bag do this before. The bag is not scratched it’s peeling - patronising and poor customer response by them, I had to threaten trading standards to get some form of reply. Oddly you’ll see their websites has nearly 6.5k mostly positive reviews but on here it’s a bit different. All misleading and a bit dodgy. Honestly don’t waste your money - spend you money with a company that cares .

Jan 27,2025Having decided to treat myself to an aviator style leather jacket, and being determined to avoid the fake Facebook sellers I found House of Leather had what I wanted. I placed my order at 11.40 am on 26 January (Saturday) and fully expected to wait until the end of the week to receive my item. I was delighted to have the purchase delivers Sunday 27 January at 12.25pm. Less than 25 hours from order to receipt - over a weekend! Excellent service from HOL - and a superb product to boot!

Jan 20,2025Ordered a Jacket as a Gift for my husband, Placed order on the 6.1.25- with advertised 2/3 day shipping- nothing happened after 5 days of it not being shipped i emailed customer services and got no reply, and other 3 days go by still nothing so i emailed again, stating i would take to social media advising this was a scam, this go a reply - pretty much saying it will be shipped on Wednesday and they are not a scam company- it was shipped the Thursday! so fast forward to today- item arrived, not that well packaged, it was open on one end, but the Jacket is beautiful, lovely fit, true to size and my husband loves it. item took 2 weeks to arrive ordered 6th and arrived 20th this is NOT 2/3 day shipping so be aware of that when ordering.

Nov 27,2024Ordered brown boots got dark brown boots if someone order's brown don't send dark brown. Very dark not what I ordered good quality boots fit true to size 9 i just don't like the colour all the problems sending them back is just annoying. Just send the right colour when people order. Says brown on the invoice dark brown on the box so frustrating when it's obviously not the correct item. Not a happy customer

Sep 26,2024This is a dreadful company. The product purchased was not fit for purpose - the clasp on the bag failed - regularly spilling contents all over the floor. When bringing up the issue with their team we were told there was nothing they could do and accepted no responsibility.

Aug 28,2024Avoid this firm! We ordered a man bag used it once. It caused serious damage to my husband's lovely knitted jacket as the webbing was rough inside. Flatly refused to accept a return saying it could have been like it already. I sent photos showing the two different shoulders. One perfect and one damaged by the bag. As if you would go to all this trouble to return if it was damaged already. His lovey jacket is not replaceable. Disgraceful company and even worse customer service. Anyone can get good reviews when nothing goes wrong but it is when things are wrong that the measure of a company shows. Avoid them; they are awful.

Aug 15,2024I recently bought a multi-pocket gilet "Roger" in black, when it arrived it was a beautifully made garment but i found that it was too small, I phoned 'House Of Leather' and returned it the same afternoon. Today (15th August) my exchange garment arrived as promised; the service could not have been quicker and it is another beautifully made garment of excellent quality; and it fits like a glove, what a happy bunny I am. Thank you to all concerned. Tip; order a size UP from your normal buying size and you will not be disappointed.

Jun 13,2024I ordered a leather vest. It didn't arrive and then I got a notification from House of Leather to say that they were refunding my money. When I checked with them, the vest had been returned .. undelivered .. and yet I had had no notification from the delivery company that they were going to deliver or had tried to deliver. I suspect that they made a mistake with the address and tried to deliver elswhere. I would like to point out that my contract was with House of Leather and not with any carrier service they chose to use and I didn't think it good enough, when asked, to say 'you'll just have to order them again' and push the responsibility back on to me ... so that what? - it can NOT be delivered again? What kind of service is that? I would suggest House of Leather needs to look at how it treats its customers.
