Nov 20,2024The excellent delivery drivers Martin and Stoyan who went above and beyond to get the worktop into the right location. However the company needs to improve its delivery Communication text saying ( in effect) the delivery might take place on a certain day and then not confirming it either will or not is unacceptable as is suggesting a delivery will take place before 7am! Office hours should be the policy

Nov 20,2024Second time ordering from House of Worktops. The quality of the worktops has been great - a pair installed two years ago has been in constant use with no issues. Delivery today was painless - on time, and courteous. The two-man delivery, Martin Stoyan and his partner, got the worktop where we needed it taking care not to damage the worktop or anything else. If we need another worktop, will order from here again.

Nov 19,2024š Excellent delivery service. Driver contacted me beforehand to let me know delivery would be made in 15mins. Ivo and Ivan were polite and professional, and as I didnāt want the worktop inside the house they put the huge worktop outside as I requested, they placed the worktop on struts and covered it over to ensure the rain didnāt penetrate into the existing packing. Very impressed, thank you Ivo and Ivan.
