Nov 18,2024Clear communication from point of order outlining proposed delivery timeframes. Delivery turned up on time, Hasan and Nikolay were brilliant and friendly. Only went in the garage as we are using it for a desk that’s being built in the next week, but the finish and quality looks great through the wrapper!

Nov 17,2024I bought 2 x 3M 40mm oak worktops from here and went all out on the full '6 stage treatment' hoping this would save me alot of time & hassle sanding and oiling. Also thought it would be a flawless finish considering the cost...how wrong was I??!! I have had this installed for approximately 6 weeks and there are so many flaws its a joke!! 1. The worktops are only treated on one side (not necessarily the best side). 2. There are various holes which have to been filled so water ingress is inevitable. 3. There are several splits in the face which pretty soon will need sanding, filling & treating. 4. There is no way this has 6 layers of oil! My wife sanded & oiled our oak worktops at our last house and that was 10 times better than this!! This company is great at bigging up their superior worktops and treating process but fail to deliver the quality!! Save the heartache and buy from somewhere else! Also treat it yourself, at least you'll know it's done properly! Lastly, they gave me a free oak chopping board about the size of a sandwich. Even that is rough and poorly treated!

Nov 17,2024Reviewers Worktops delivered bang on time by Hassan & Stoyan. I made sure that I could return any unused items, prior to placing the order. All good. Until it wasn't. Since then, I can't tell you how many promised & failed collection dates/excuses/reasons I have had for their so far non-collection (at my expense) of the unused goods and despite it being 5/6 weeks already - I am told once again that this weeks PROMISED collection will now stretch into the new year. All I wanted for Christmas was NOT to have 4m lengths of wood occupying my staircase. Aftersales very shoddy which lets them down massively.

Nov 17,2024Great quality worktop and options for customising meant it was cut to size and ready to fit. Better prices than I’d seen elsewhere and the service was good. Delivered within a few days and delivery notifications meant it was easy to see when they arrived so I didn’t have to wait in. Driver Levo was helpful and friendly.
