Dec 19,2024I was a bit sceptical when I received a sales call two minutes after entering my details for Medical Insurance on a comparison website, but I was very pleased we ended up talking to Lance - one of the advisers from Howden. He was clear, patient, courteous and helpful, making useful suggestions about what might be the best cover. He wasn't very 'salesy', advising where a something might be cheaper and while being more appropriate. He followed up on questions, and returned calls when we needed clarifications. All in all a very good experience - and I think we got a good deal.

Dec 19,2024No one calls back can’t get hold of the same person not impressed at all!!! Mark Cox quick to be helpful when I wanted to switch and buy a policy which I have done but no after care service! Also my son has a policy Howden the broker, asked Freedom for a discount and needed some questions answered Freedom told me I had to speak to Howden’s to get them to call Freedom spoke to an adviser in renewals Daniel Davies even sent the renewal paperwork he did nothing at all and when I called yesterday he was on annual leave for a few days what service is that????? Matthew Delaney answered my call he did call Freedom but didn’t call me today with the answer I needed, I called Freedom told me howden had the answer yesterday!!! Not impressed at all. So far done mostly everything myself.

Dec 19,2024Incredibly poor advice to go with The Exeter health insurance. I had to make a claim. The Exeter did every they could to avoid paying. I was in pain, had to fight it and got nowhere. Without any doubt the claim was valid. I suggest you read the very tiny pages over T&C's.

I was hesitant in purchasing any medical policy as I wasn’t sure what was involved, included or the process as a whole, but Liam explained everything in such clear and precise detail that I was sold. It all made sense and everything was crystal clear. He was able to answer all my questions and queries immediately and his knowledge about the products was excellent. A very good experience and one that I would highly recommend.
