He identified a saving for a cheaper but equivalent health policy and made the switching process as least-laborious as it could be, whilst maintaining compliance with all the necessary medical history question sets and regulatory disclaimer hurdles. No complaints about the service or the outcome and Liam has excellent interpersonal skills to be doing this job so well done to him.
