How dare you stop my printer from working because YOUVE failed to take a payment. I've already paid for everything I'm using and you're not sending out ink that I'm paying for regularly anyway which I'm also playing for. You're now costing me time and money you absolute clowns. Actually trying to understand what was wrong in the first place was ridiculous
I purchased a Deskjet printer 2 years ago which developed a fault and couldn't be repaired. Bought a new one in May 22 which is also faulty. I have contacted the tech dept but I was hacked by Just Answer who couldn't help but tried to defraud me. I have spoken or mailed most of HP staff the majority being robots. Still have two broken printers. Never use this company again.

hp officejet 8010e. Lousy product, lousy support. Absolutely mystifying labyrinthine pathway to try and get the product serviced. The incompetence defies belief. At every stage as I try to contact them I get a feedback form asking if I am having a good time. Well, the answer is no.

Jag fick de men svarta färg kassett passade inte ringde till dem och han som jag pratade i telefonen gjorde rutin test på min skrivare sen han sade skulle skicka en svart färg men jag fick inte, sen jag undrade och ringde jag igen efter 2 veckor och han som jag pratade i telefonen frågade samma rutin test frågor som jag svarade förut och jag ska ta en Skrivarens skärm bild och skicka til de jag har gjort som de vill. Men jag fick igen en till e-mail de vill jag ska ta en skrivares skärm bild och patrons seri nummer. Det är Äckligt jag redan gjort 2 gånger som de ville men de vill jag ska göra samma sak. Ni Tänka lite stund jag köpte bara patroner och betalda bara 459 kronor och de har redan min köp uppgifter och själv skickat bild och svarat deras frågor 2 gånger. Om ni köper nåt produkter betalar mer än mig och får en trasig produkter och tänker ringa till de och säga till dem ni fick inte rätt produkter de leker med er som mig. Jag varnar er det kan hända och ni kan behandlads som mig. Min behandlads pris för 459 är så. Om ni undrar behandlings då ni kan köpa något från HP support.

I had a subscription with HP Instant Ink. First of all, it took a month of online support to get the printer connected to the HP Instant Ink account. Everything was fine until six months after the printer warranty expired, so did the printer. Support would have cost me £21 per case. There were no humans to talk to. It is actually easier to throw away the printer and go out and buy a new one.
Bought hp printer in March set it up quite easy . Downloaded hp smart app and put in my code to get 6 months free promotion. Used the ink that came free with my printer and then suddenly instant ink took 13.99 from my bank account saying I had gone over my monthly page limit ? Made a phone call seemed to get it sorted then suddenly couldn’t use my printer . Got my instant ink delivery now my printer was saying I wasn’t enrolled in instant ink . Rang up customer service after an hour and a half on the phone restored printer back to factory settings and basically going through every settings on their troubleshooting printer still did not recognise my ink . Was then told to contact my broadband provider which I done no problem their end . Considering my printer is saying I’m not enrolled along Came an email to say my printer was low on ink another shipment received. Another phone call 1.5 hours told my printer would need replacement and I would get a call back never did this time I had a ref number another phone call only to be told case was closed I was angry this customer representative then used the excuse she couldn’t hear me and eventually hung up . Now I was angry . So called back another two hours on the phone going yet again through all the troubleshooting a third time even tough I had explained I had done all this twice before still didn’t work . Another shipment of ink arrived as I’m on the phone .The conclusion I said just cancel my instant ink I will buy ink as I haven’t been able to use printer since beginning of july . So in theory all the ink I have 6 cartridges are mine I have a subscription I was told to throw them in the bin or recycle perfectly good ink that’s never been opened . My comment to that was “ that’s my ink I have paid for it trough subscription “ I should be able to use it another half hour on hold to be told that someone will get back to me . I won’t hold my breath absolutely disgusting service . Will never buy a hp printer again .

Wow, can't believe the bad reports or maybe I was lucky speaking to Rose. Problem with not printing black. Spoke to the lady who explained clearly the problem and is to send me out new cartridges, free of charge. Excellent service.
Terrible time with Customer Service. They don't know what they are doing. I spent over 30 minutes trying to order some ink just to be told it wasn't in stock after I gave her my credit card number. Very frustrating. After my HP printer goes... I will not be buying another HP printer. There is no one in Canada you can talk to...the customer service number takes you to the Philippines. It leaves HP with no accountability in Canada. How sad ....it use to be a good Company, but no more.

Completely un-navigable steps to resolve a printer connection issue. Incredibly frustrating, appear to have wasted my time and money on a wireless printer which doesn't appear to print wirelessly. Or even at all.
Bei HP haben jetzt Druckerpatronen einen Verfallsdatum. Nach erreichen des Datums kommt eine Meldung am Drucker wo dann steht, dass die Druckerpatronen nicht mit dem Drucker kommunizieren. Das heißt: selbst noch volle Druckerpatronen, wie in meinem Fall, verweigern den Druck und man kann sie obwohl sie noch voll sind in den Müll schmeißen. Ich persönlich werde nie und nimmer mehr HP Produkte, egal ob Drucker oder andere technische Geräte kaufen. So eine Unternehmensführung, Geschäftsführung die Kundenunfreundlich oder gar ihre Kunden verarscht und deren Geld abzockt und so agiert, verdient nicht dass man deren Produkte kauft. Mann verbrennt sich am Ende eh die Finger. Jetzt soll ich die vollen XL Farb und schwarze Patronen in den Müll werfen ????? Fast 100€ einfach in den Müll werfen ???? Und obwohl sie noch recht voll sind ???? Unmöglich !!!!!!
Both my HP printers have been having issues I called the help desk and was transferred through - the line cut out twice once getting through to the right team, however the 3rd time all was then okay. I was serviced by someone called Veljko - he was absolutely brilliant!! he was extremely thorough, polite and was in no rush to get me 'off the phone' or give be a generic answer without looking into it. HP you have a fantastic worker here! look after him!!
Dreadful products, dreadful company. Do not waste your money buying products from this company. The printer and scanner I bought contiunually breakdown and I am then left having to spend hours talking with support to get them working again. Trouble is - days later it stops working again. Three times last month. No joke, I have spent more than twenty five hours trying to get this fixed. Their Whatsapp chat support is dire.
Omg frustrating experience. Wrong information and horrible experience. I'm disabled and if this is how they treat me if rather go elsewhere! They are not customer friendly!!!!!
Terrible company to deal with. I have a business and need the scanning facility. My scanner is feeding but not registering. Trying to find help and support to continue working is impossible. 2 hours later and no way to contact them
Seems like they have given up on Caring about customer service. Agent tried to help but it was a loop of everything I have tried previously, I felt I was a engineer they should have been paying me. Lost all faith in there products and service. I can see I am not the only one. They should start caring soon as they will have no customers remaining.

I appreciate their time in getting this matter resolved... (Original post after this ) I have been paying for 16 months for HP insta ink... And they sell it to you like your will never run out of ink ... Today I ran out of ink and there is no way to request ink without having to deal with a virtual assistant which I have waited for 3.5 hours for a response. Then they have the cheek to advertise me on buying insta paper... How reliable will that be..
