HP Instant Repair Bracknel 07/21/2021 Quotaion 80TV07RPA3210593/5069491434 I am disgusted that after my disabled daughter buy's a Zbook start date march 19 2021. five Months after buying Zbook and the key cover fall’s out you refuse to sort according to your tech department due to wear an tear "5 months use"??? You want money for repair? What about the warranty still has 32 months left? And your tech help Zavier I think that’s how you spell it hangs up after, i say but this is under full manufactuers warrenty. Dreadful service DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY con!
How on earth do you contact HP for support. I have a printer/scanner/fax MFP M 277 dw which refused to scan. It will print but after spending hours, yes, hours on the HP website I am told I need to reinstall the drivers to get the scanner to scan. Can I find the drivers anywhere? The website is a total disaster and for a tech company I would have thought this should be a breeze, constant referrals to where you have just come from, RUBBISH
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, non existent customer service. Save your money and keep from losing your head at their products that don’t work and having no support and buy from somewhere else.
This is a fantastic company, the advisor who I spoke with on the phone guided me through all the steps to get my new laser printer setup. He was really lovely & so patient with me even though I have autism. I had a very good detailed explanation of how the app works which I’m rubbish with technology haha! This overall experience is important especially if you’re dealing with customers who are vulnerable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone because of the customer service. HP were first founded in 1939 & they have a long standing reputation for manufacturing high quality products that will guarantee to last probably a lifetime if you take good care of it :)
Wish I could give a -1 star review! Worse customer services ever! Two faulty printers and keep asking me to troubleshoot the same things over and over. And as for the so called extended warranty not worth the paper it’s wrote on!!! Avoid at all costs
I have spent a lot of money with HP over the years and their products have generally been of great quality. Recently I bought a new printer (Pro 8024) and when it arrived, boxed and sealed, I tried to set the printer up and print a test page. The page would not print and would mangle the paper each time. On closer inspection I found a pair of dirty used cotton gloves, one rolled inside another, jammed into the paper tray of this brand new sealed printer. That is not acceptable for a company like HP, but in and of itself could have been a genuine mistake so I complained to HP. Unfortunately the company do not seem to care, they have not responded to my complaint after two weeks, through various channels, and do not seem to want to take the issue seriously. Poor workmanship followed incredibly poor customer service. This will be the last printer/laptop I buy from HP given I have spent 10's of thousands with them and they cannot even be bothered to respond to a complaint.
Excellent service !! Customer service so helpful
Not the best customer service experience so far. I left a complaint with someone called Melissa, felt like a call center in Bangladesh. Did not hear anything back. This was 3 days ago. Got a callback today only to to tell me to troubleshoot, do you think I didn't try that?
HP is disgrace! I wanted to scan a dcoument, best option is to go with HP smart! You cant use if you dont have an account with them, and when you want to create one you are getting verification popup with figures which could never be guessed! Frogs unrecognizable anlimals etc. I waste nearly 2hrs in order to create the account - unsuccessfully! MY question would be, who on earth wants to deal with device which you cannot use as you wish although its all yours and you paid for it!!! I WANT TO SCAN WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT!!! I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID HP!
Absolutely fabulous customer service,so patient and professional, I'm so happy Mr Nicholas thankyou so much for your great help, much appreciated
I bought a printer from tesco in November 2020 and I have a 1 year warranty with it. On March it stopped printing, all that was coming out was blank pages even though the ink cartridge was full. I tried disconnecting it to my devices and WiFi and I still had no luck. Tesco customer hotline said ive to contact hp directly to resolve the issue. The girl at first spent 1 hour with me trying to fix it and no luck so she said she will send out a replacement last week. 2 days later I get a email from UPS delivery service saying they will deliver my printer. I was home all day and got no email so next day I checked my tracking number and it said delivered around 1pm and left outside the door. I contacted UPS on the matter and questioned why was my door not knocked when I was home and nothing has arrived. I live in a flat and it wasnt delivered to the other neighbours. They said they will investigate the matter and get the driver to go back to the place they delivered the replacement printer. I have not heard from UPS since. I contacted HP to let them know and they said they will contact UPS and ask their supervisor if another replacement can be sent out and that a lady called Valerie will contact me the same or next day. Surprise surprise, Valerie never contacted me. I did get a email yesterday saying I've to contact them, so I replied to the email and it didn't go through so I phoned. I explained the situation to the advisor on the phone again and he put me through to Valerie (who I dont think was aware that she was meant to contact me). She put me on hold and contacted UPS. She said they are investigating the matter and it may take 8-10 days and that she cant help me further. I asked who would contact me, Valerie said HP and UPS should update me. I've not had any updates at all, I doubt they will even bother. I asked if there is a name for a manager, she said there is no manager. Sorry but I dont believe for a minute that a big company doesn't have a manager in their department. I then asked if there was a supervisor, Valerie replied yes but they are currently out of reach, without even providing a name. So there's no manager but theres a unnamed supervisor that is out of reach. If any supervisor or manager is reading this, this is a sign that your staff Valerie did not want to share those details with me as she knew she was useless. What a waste of time and atrocious customer service. I've never had to deal with such a unprofessional company. This experience was terrible i was passed on from advisor to advisor, given false hope and staff dont even bother contacting you. I need the printer ASAP and if it was delivered to the right address I would have had it a week today. Regards, Iqra Ahsan
Further to my previous critical review of HP/Curries, this is say that I didn't think it could have got worse. Wrong. Once again I have wasted four hours trying to get the HP Deskjet 2721 to operate - wi-fi-direct pin numbers that last two minutes; virtual helper who needs help her/himself; useless instructions - and now my PC says there is no printer installed, this after having resolved the prev. probel over several days earlier. Am now off to Curries for the third time to tr y and sort it out. Horrendous. Don't buy!!! I am about to give up and revert to my quill pen mode.
HP are unbelievable never buy direct, they are horrendous, their customer service is just to pass you to everyone and never get back to you, they escalate then do nothing, the 24/48 hour contact is 6 weeks and still counting, they’re really is nowhere to take your complaint
I wish I'd read these reviews before buying my printer (HP Deskjet 3760). This is the first and last HP product I will ever buy. Wireless printing does not work. Customer service is useless. AVOID!
I bought a colour cartridge, and only got 6 pages printed before it ran out. Spoke to customer service, who were less than useless, and passed me from agent to agent before cutting me off. The printer is the worst I’ve ever had, not quite sure why I replaced the cartridge. Next time, I will replace with an Epson Printer!
Just a note to say thank you for the support via whattsapp and then phonecard to resolve printer issue. I cannot say any more than the service is excellent online /by phone/ by replacement product delivered within 24 hrs and return arranged without me moving from home. Not often u get such great service
I bought a wireless printer on Tuesday. After some time setting up I managed to get it to print two documents. Today it decided that the printer was not connected and after 4 hours I am no nearer to printing than I was when I didn't have a printer. At one stage I found myself talking to someone in the US who gave me a UK number to ring. It was not recognised. During the setup i kept on getting told to close the ink door. It is closed but the software doesn't recognise this. Useless backup.
I have a Laserjetpro printer which to be fair had been working beautifully since I bought it. I made the mistake (unknowingly) of accepting the software upgrade which instantly disabled my cartridges. HP does not 'allow' you to use non HP ink, despite the fact that you own the printer and are of sound mind in making decisions - what right do they have to dictate what you but when their own products are stupidly expensive!!! Not only this, but ironically - the black cartridge IS a HP cartridge and still doesn't work. I have lost hours of productive time messing around with this, searching the internet for solutions and on the line with HP 'helpdesk'.... now it seems I will have to go out and purchase a brand new printer from anyone other than HP. I hope enough people vote with their feet and send this horrendous company out of business. DISGRACE.
HP Instant Ink service just does not work. I purchased a new HP 9020 printer and have had nothing but problems with it. So far I have spent a good dozen hours on the phone with HP help support. Despite their politeness and willingness to help, the have not solved my problem: I still cannot print. I have not been able to print anything for the past 2 months. They had to send me 3 new batches of instant ink cartridges - one new printer head - and finally one whole new printer. I still cannot print. When sending me a new printer, they forgot to send me a cartridge required to print the code necessary to enroll the instant ink cartridges. Then after purchasing 45GBP black cartridge to be able to print the code, I finally managed to enroll the new printer to instant ink. But still cannot print as the instant ink cartridges I had are linked to the previous printer, and cannot print on the new printer. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. I am working from home and cannot print, HP wasted so many hours of my precious time, worth much more than a 170GBP printer - still no results!!
