Apr 05,2022I got Overcharged on the gas bills for months of living in my new flat, so I contacted them regarding the high bills, turns out they were sending me bills that were based on what they think I’d use, not on my actual gas meter reading. It’s all okay though because I got the money back, Brinda was helpful in doing so
