There was a mixup with Tenantshop at the start of my tenancy, which lead me to be put on an incredibly expensive business tariff with Huddle. They were difficult to get a hold of and sort it out, while confusing bills and letters kept coming. Have eventually sorted it out and waiting to move to a cheaper and greener supplier (bulb) edit: This has quickly been picked up by Josh and he's thankfully sorting out the issue. Will update the score when the matter is resolved

Called Huddle because the broadband wasn’t working, turns out I turned off mains by accident 🤦🏽♀️ Fuschia was so helpful in sending me all the information to get in touch with Plusnet and spoke with broadband department. Feb 14,2021Gave massive overestimates on bills, signed me up when simply looking for a quote, rude on phone lines and disrespectful as I was a student and therefore have no value. Avoid, get literally anything else it will be cheaper and better service. Don't get scammed by there "student deals" rates are insanely high, just split it yourself with another provider!
