The masks were perfect. The photo of my dog that I downloaded came out beautifully. It did take a little while for them to be delivered but it was worth the wait!

Most comfortable mask I've had so far and the picture of my dog looks exactly like the picture I uploaded. My kids and I are soooo happy with our new masks, I'm ordering more of them! :)

I ordered my masks on July 4th. An email was sent from your company on July 7th stating the order was processed. Then another email followed providing a tracking number via DHL. Go track the package again today and July 7th is still the last date for activity🙃. What is going on with my purchase?

Ordered 2 masks on July 1st. Nothing yet. Got a shipping number that hasn't changed anything since Monday. Losing faith every day that I'll get my masks snug **Edited review So I finally recieved my masks after 3 weeks. I love them! They are very comfy and just what I ordered. I guess you just have to be patient.

Total scam. I have serious doubts this company is in the US. You know when someone who is speaking/writing English if that is their native language. I ordered a mask back in June. They gave me a tracking number so we'll see if the mask shows up. I have very little faith I will receive it. I should have read the reviews here first. I never would have made the purchase. Who uses DHL for one mask???

Final update: I finally received the masks 7/27. The fabric is soft and the stitching is great. Lightweight and pockets for filters. The ear loops look like thin ponytail holders and the print looks like it will fade after a wash or two. I will hand wash them and see if I can make them last longer as I did spend $35 on 3 mask. I am just glad this whole ordeal is done and I will do my best to make sure I don't ordered anything from them again. Update 7/26: Amazingly a few days after I contacted my credit card company DHL received the package. It's supposed to be here 7/28. I also received a nasty email from there customer service telling me that DHL was lying because you can't have a tracking number with out the receiving the package. This is untrue. Please don't make me post the shipping information. And since no one at hyperfavor can tell me where my package was from 7/7-7/23 I definitely choose to believe DHL. Their own website site said my order was still processing (not shipped) until the 23rd. Update 7/20:Not only has DHL still not received my package. Hyperfavor had the nerve to ask me via email to take down my review. They also refused to refund my money stating my package has been sent. They are unable to tell me where it is however and why their website states my package is still processing. I am not unreasonable and I understand Covid-19 has things delayed but the have out right Lied and now it is between them and my credit card company. Like so many I would give zero stars if I could. Like some many I received a useless DHL tracking number because DHL never received the package. I like others have no response to my refund request. That okay I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered my masks a month ago, recieved an email that they were sent to the shipping company in the 6th and still waiting to be shipped from there! I have not received any notifications on where or if it has even been shipped.

I originally wrote a nasty review, because the customer service I had been experiencing was sub par. However, Hyperfavor reached out and made things right. They eventually offered me a refund or the sending of another mask. The mask finally arrived after a few weeks. I know that shipping right now has been difficult, and that some of this was partially DHL's fault, but in the end Hyperfavor did eventually redeem itself. I've upped my 1 star to a 3 star. I think that's fair given all of the frustration I went through to get this item.

If I could give this site 0 stars I would. Ordered $30 of face masks, took forever to get notified they were even shipped out, and they never arrived. I couldn't contact anyone via the phone or email about the issue. I finally talked to someone via Facebook messenger and instead of refunding me for my items (THAT I NEVER AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED) they offered me 20% off a future order. This site is a SCAM.

The Crazy Frog Lady mask is awesome. It is such nice material and so comfortable to wear. It also has a space for a filter if you choose to put one in. The colors are vibrant. Couldn't be happier.

They claim that they are manufactured and shipped from Wyoming or Illinois - it's be over 2 weeks and they are claiming that the post office is holding the shipment.... DO NOT Order from this company!

UPDATE: this is a copy of the email from them I received today. “We sincerely apologize for the late arrival of your order because your order is for custom masks and we were overwhelmed with orders and designs at that time so it took more time to be completed and shipped out. We have an offer that we will refund the shipping cost of your order $7.95 back to your account as a sorry gift. Could you please accept this offer as our apology? and if you do not mind, could you please help us innovate or remove the post on Trustpilot? Because we try our best to serve millions of customers all over the world so we hope that you can empathize with us and give us motivation to work and serve customers better.“ ARE YOU KIDDING ME? when I order the masks your website said I will have them in 7-10 days! Nothing said it could be delays! If you do not have the proper infrastructure to make your business just do not accept orders!! You are telling me you will refund me the shipping cost?? I DID NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!! I want my money back! Go and check the BBB website, many many complaints like mine, an F business! —————————————- I ordered two masks more than a month and a half ago. I email them questioning the late and told me, its because of covid I should expected delays! 45 DAYS OS DELAYS??? The pandemic will be over before I get my masks!! My worst experience buying online ever!

Received the wrong mask. Its been over a month and they never sent the correct one or issued a refund. Terrible customer service. Impossible to speak with a person.
