Jan 20,2025I contacted Simply's customer support after unfortunately getting a bottle of their syrup from amazon that had gone bad in order to let them know in case of production issues, and even though I had already received a refund for it through amazon, their support sent me out a new bottle free of charge ! The rep I spoke with was very kind and the replacement bottle arrived super quickly. A great company I would definitely recommend and purchase from again in the future !

I had a very courteous and positive response the next working day and they went above and beyond to solve the issue and put it right. Excellent customer service - would buy again and recommend them.
