Aug 08,2018Selection of products is super, however for a repeat order the manufacturer changed and therefore it reduced the quality and altered the original colouring. There was also duplication of processes and I was being billed twice, and then chased for payment that'd been made in advance.

Jun 16,2018Very good communication with the customer. One set of items was dispatched a little bit later then promised, but the second set of items was delivered earlier. Overall I was happy with the delivery. The quality of the items was not the best. The size of the t-shorts I ordered was smaller than what was written on the label (eg. size L was more like a size M, size XL was like size L)

May 04,2018I ordered hoodies for my company back in November 2017. One lot shipped and arrived, the other disappeared into the ether. 5 months later after chasing down the sales department with emails and phone calls. Nothing. Finally, I emailed again and got a refund. I had to re order after 5-6 months. The hoodies finally arrived. (They were the wrong color) I would not recommend based on my experience and handling of my case. To add insult to injury, they have sent me numerous debt collection agency demand letters for their mistake. I’m sure I’ll get another after they read this review.

Nov 30,2017I had requested to be delivered on the website in our new address but for some reason your team did not receive it on the system and the gifs arrived 4 working days after the day that should be delivered. Another point is inside the gifts inside the box are dusty. I am very happy with Igo Promo but if those points can be fixed will be great request next year again or any moment that we think that is time to buy more gifts to our clients.
