Very good service - I came to IGO with a last minute order, and while we weren't able to make that deadline we went ahead with the order. The sales rep I spoke to was very helpful, communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. It was affordable and fast and the end result was of a high standard. Would recommend.

The engraving on all 3 Cross pens i ordered is very poor. We were meant to present these to 3 colleagues for doing a great job on a project but they could not be given. I need to return these. I have no idea how anyone passed these at a quality control step.

We had issues with another company and found IGO Promo last minute. They bent over backwards to help us due to the limited time frame, and our contact (Matthew) was wonderfully friendly and helpful; we cannot thank him enough. We'll certainly be using IGO Promo again in the future.

Courier service was definitely not to standard even after the first complaint. They still delivered without notification and contents were soaked wet and damaged as they were left at back door in rain on two occasions...(even though I was told a wet signature was required)
