Nov 19,2024Delivered to the wrong house, when I phoned to say I had an email to say it had been delivered but nothing was caught on my ring doorbell, I was fobbed off with oh, it’s a glitch in the system, sometimes it emails that. Only to come home to find out it had been delivered elsewhere and that was only through one of the neighbours dropping it off. The package was clearly marked with my number, my door clearly has my number on it, so why couldn’t the person who was delivering match the numbers. The person on the other side of the phone couldn’t be less interested in what I was saying and just fobbed me off. Didn’t even take my name or number to find out if it had been delivered
