Nov 02,2023We recently engaged Immtell for a mock Home Office audit, wanting an external perspective since we`d been with another immigration service for quite some time. Gavin Webster conducted the audit in-person at our office and was incredibly thorough , challenging us with a series of questions to ensure everything was in order. After the visit, he provided a comprehensive report with clear recommendations for enhancements. We were relieved to know we passed. Immtell`s professionalism and detailed approach have left a lasting impression on us. We are now seriously considering transitioning more of our tasks to them in the near future.
