Restaurant set meal was poor. Guest speaker was a nice guy, but the experience seemed like it was just thrown together. Seating in the stadium wasn’t what was expected. Staff were good! Hotel was good!

Very friendly hotel staff and imperial events team all very helpful. Would certainly go to them again for that special trip or event.
The Hotel was not suitable, no Bar for a evening night cap drink we had to go out back into street near by, under refurb. The Breakfast room was full and over spilling to tables outside in corridor. Coffee machine not user friendly. Our view for rugby match was at the goal end, seemed miles away - not lateral view. Flight ran out of food sandwiches on way back only food boxes which was nibbles available , your representatives all good, helpful.
The logistics were well organized, the hotel was very nice and quite roomy for Rome, the Imperial Event support staff were excellent all along the journey. Gee followed up and was very good insuring our satisfaction, Thank you!!
I have been to quite a few sporting events with imperial now and have always had a great experience. Organisation is good leaving hardly anything for you to have to do and I’ve got to see some great events. My main contact there is Emma Hutton and she has always been on hand if you have an issues, queries and if you need tickets for something she will find a way of sourcing them!
Made the experience stress free and enjoyable. Jessica and the team did great.

Great service gave an unforgettable weekend
We had a great weekend, the staff are brilliant while travelling and there would definitely do this one again. Definitely a 5* trip.
Coach driver from Silverstone ‘lost’ his way from the track en route to the Northern Belle. Appalling customer service from two inexperienced young female staff on a coach of 100 people. Very embarrassing and unsettling experience with customers getting aggressive and it took 3 male customers with sat nav and were with all to get us beck to the train station, very late. All the while we were unsure if the train would wait and resulting in a fractious journey, a rushed table service which completely ruined the day. My client with me could not believe the ineptitude of Imperial staff. Complained and eventually got a response from a female executive with a civic title which was rude and dismissive. No effort at all to understand how our day was completely spoiled. Have made it clear that whilst I do understand plans sometimes go awry, the true worth of a company is how good and how quick they are to make amends or put things right. This event was was almost 7 months ago! With the hundreds of event co’s operating and the huge profit margins, why would I want to use Imperial? Imperial executives should read their trip advisor feedback very carefully; there is much to learn.
The company were not helpful. They did not direct us to the correct location and when we needed their assistance, we could not find them during the holiday.

Our party of 10 enjoyed a very well organised trip to the Rugby World Cup in October. Chloe from ICE was central to arranging the trip, communicated very well and proved to be very responsive to any queries we had. Chloe has subsequently kept us well informed of any further events that may be of interest to us.
Very well tailored to my needs/ likes. Chloe makes an effort to understand my favourite things & offers me unique events which suit my lifestyle perfectly
