Jan 14,2024The pre-show restaurant meal, included in our package, was a disappointment from the perspective of the service not knowing what was included in our meal. We had to ask for the ‘welcoming’ glass of champagne when it hadn’t appeared 15 mins after we’d sat at our table, and we had to show our booking details to explain that we had a bottle of wine included with the meal. The booking said choice of wine but it turned out to be the cheapest house wine red or white. When we arrived at our suite in the O2 arena, we found out that our seats were stools at the back of the main comfortable seating area. However, the suite staff, Charlene, was fantastic and made us feel very welcome and the service was excellent, as was the Peter Kay show.

Dec 09,2023I’ve used Imperial Events for several events which have been bang on value and wonderfully organised. This wasn’t great. Meal was lovely but poor wine selection, over priced for what it was. Tickets were 10% of the costs we paid - the rest was on a meal and drinks. Not good value.

Dec 06,2023Had the best night at a Morgan Wallen concert! Everything was organised perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Imperial. The seats were amazing and everything included made the night one of the best. Thank you for a great experience.

Dec 02,2023Superb hotel and incredible breakfast! The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. The seating at the track was perfect- great view of a few twists & straights. The Imperial staff were friendly and helpful. BE WARNED FERRARI WORLD IS FOR YOUNG AND SMALLER PEOPLE. It is not a museum as the few cars are models, not even the real thing. Height restrictions upwards!! Room service not good-drowning in mayonnaise! Pretty poor for 5 ⭐️ The flight’s decent. All round excellent weekend.

Dec 01,2023Real lack of understanding, dropped off but make your own return if you wanna watch the rest of the evening I was on the 2 day yacht experience, we had craig David one evening and artful dodger the next both starting at 8 pm for one hour, all booked on same trip Return bus to hotel left at 8-30 ? Why ? Cost me £150 each night extra to get home, absolute rubbish organisation to allow this, last time we did it the return was 11 pm was perfect

Dec 01,2023Problem with the seating on the flights. Once at the resort, the experience was great, and well-organised and the accommodation was fantastic. The problem we had was we were told at the check-in desk for the flights that you had pre-booked our seats and you sat apart in different parts of the plane, both going and coming back. If we had been told this was going to be the case when we booked with you we would definitely not have bothered.

Dec 01,2023Nice team but not that well organised as a whole group Had a good trip - but was expecting a lot more from the organisers in terms of overall experience. Just felt like they booked a hotel, a big coach transfer and the GP tickets (didn’t tell you until just a few days before which grandstand the tickets were in - and they weren’t in the main grandstand as I was led to believe) and overall didn’t make it feel like being part of an event unfortunately.

Nov 26,2023Thought I couldn't go to the event that I had just paid a deposit for as thought it clashed with a memorial service. Asked a question about whether I could cancel. They threatened to sue me!! Very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience to the point that when me and my family went to the Ed Sheeran event at the Albert Hall I was relieved to find out the tickets were actually real and that Imperial Events were not a total scam.

What leaves a bad taste is the fact we we paid for and was expecting to stay at the five star Cipriani hotel, what we got was an inferior tired hotel [The Danieli] with no reduction in price even though the Danieli is a much cheeper hotel
