Nov 06,2023The actual event was fantastic Aston Villa did everything possible to make my husbands birthday special . Unfortunately Corporate events were terrible 3 days before I was calling emailing trying to chase up tickets they did nothing to budge it special after all the money I paid for the price I thought I would be able to have contact with the events manager who I spoke to once after having to tell my husband about what I had planned and complaining . I didn’t even get a signed programme . In future I would definitely go direct to the events than through 3rd party

Nov 03,2023Felt we could have been given details of pre match hospitality earlier so plans for the day could have been made in plenty of time. Saw other hospitality groups being picked up after the match - why not Imperial? Instead had to travel by Metro through Paris close to Midnight - did not feel very safe.

Oct 30,2023I think comparing to previous use of Gullivers there were failings in things , compared to the premium being paid. The tickets were substantially inferior to previous World Cup finals. There were other issues, we were sold hospitality but there was none for the Friday, where there was for the previous weekend. Little things which have little cost but show customer service, no metro tickets for the Friday, no programs for Friday and after the event on Saturday We will not use them again for the rugby having been to all World Cup finals to date it’s a shame

Oct 28,2023Poor organisation of event. Poor seat selection in the Stadium Overpriced and certainly not value for money No transport organised from Hotel to venue or return. Doing the same boat trip in consecutive nights is a waste. One of the trips could have been sacrificed for better seating in the Stadium.

Oct 27,2023CARE! I have used them for 8 years for tickets, but if you can’t get to the trip/event you have booked don’t expect any help - Imperial events made it almost impossible to sell or transfer the tickets even a week before the event. Just not interested once they have your money. BEWARE!

Oct 25,2023Imperial is a terrible company, and I will never use them again, nor refer them to anyone. They are a total rip off and made at least 150% profit by scamming. They represent that you will get great tickets and hotel and force you to pay in total upfront. Then, months later just before the event, they present terrible tickets not in the location promised and a low-quality hotel that is way below the level that Imperial sells up front. When you complain, they guide you to the pages of legalese you sign when paying. They are a total sham.

Oct 17,2023RWC quarter finals weekend in Paris. Booked a year ago. Couldn’t have been better. From start to finish. Sold to us by Dan Burnham. And amazing hosting over the weekend by Gemma and Holly, the bus tour dining around Paris and the restaurant on a boat on the Seine was exceptional. The rugby legends who spoke were perfect.

Oct 07,2023This trip was to the Ryder cup in Rome 2023. The golf was fantastic and Europe won. How ever the trip organised by imperial corporate was cheap and not true full . They sold it as a flight from London to Rome. They then booked Stansted Ryan Air to Piscara 169klm From Rome. We then had to take a bus for 3 hours to Rome and same on the way back. A .1.5hour trip to Rome took 11 hours. We arrived to fined a hotel originally described by Imperial Corporate events as 4Star hotel ,steps away from main attraction of Rome and showing a photo of the room as luxury with many amenities . There was nothing in the room , not even tea making facilities , it was so small you had to close the door in the bathroom to sit on the toilet . The hotel was the worst hotel I have ever staid in. An in industrial hotel for contractors in an industrial area with no restaurants , just a canteen . 40 minutes from Rome. Cost per night £100 if you book yourself . So Ryan Air flight £55 .Room £100 per night and 3hour bus ride , no food , toilet on the bus did not work. Total cost would have been less to them because of group booking 5 nights x £100 =£500 plus flight £55 Total cost £550 . Nothing else was provided .We paid £3700 eachx 2 £ 7400 .how stupid we we. There were probably 200 people on that Ryan Air flight going the Ryder cup , all paying from £5000 each down to £1500. You will get the hard sell from Imperial , and once you have signed and paid . That’s it you cannot cancel, you will have to pay 100 % Of the outstanding amount, or they send the dept collector . They are total crooks , very unprofessional ,just ripping people for their dreams. They did not reply to my many emails or phone calls. Never booking with them again. They’re were lot of very dissatisfied people , they will not be booking with Imperial Corporate again.

Oct 04,2023Don't know where they got my number from but have been constantly calling from a variety of different phone numbers over the last couple of weeks. You block one number and then they start calling from another one. The worst marketing strategy ever seen all they are getting is terrible bad press and their name listed on scam number websites as one to avoid at all costs. Dreadful company don't touch with a bargepole.

Aug 22,2023Been to a few events with imperial which have all been unforgettable experiences which are amazingly well planned. We watched some football at Wembley stadium where we had AMAZING seats on the halfway line. The food was beautiful and we even had wine from Messi’s vineyard! We have also been to Royal Ascot which was a perfect day from start to finish. The Imperial events girls made us feel really special always coming over to our table and chatting to our guests. Every event we have been to we have been made to feel that extra bit special. Couldn’t recommend Imperial events enough.

The only way for my number to apparently be removed from a list I did not subscribe to is to email them but I am in no way going to share my email with them given their complete lack of GDPR Compliance. I have reported the company to the Information Commissioner's Office and will continue to do so until they stop calling me. SPAM & SCAMMERS.

Jul 23,2023A have recently been treated to a wonderful day out organised by Imperial Corporate Events. We began our day in the lovely village of Bray, greeted by our friendly host at the Michelin starred Hind’s Head where the food was simply delicious! There was a complimentary coach to Maidenhead where we boarded a river cruiser and where were offered an array of drinks followed by afternoon tea. Our trip took 2 hours along a picturesque route to the Royal Windsor races, ready for the evening entertainment. I have never been before but the atmosphere was fabulous. We boarded the cruiser at 9pm following the last race and were served a very welcome hot meal (the temperature had dropped significantly by then). There was tea/coffee and complimentary drinks for the duration of the trip. The timings of the day were perfect and the lady who was hosting was so helpful. We had an amazing day 😊

Jul 13,2023Do Not Use This Company ! I purchased 10 corporate tickets for a day at Ascot. Signed up to the early renewal discount price as promised on the phone with the sales person. Only to find out they are double the price of the actual tickets ! Complete scam.
