Jul 13,2024Concert was great - Food vouchers for how much we paid did not even get you chips with your burgers . £60 in total to spend for lunch and dinner for 2 people ! Would really have to drink a lot to get monies worth and we are not big drinkers

Jul 09,2024Just been to Silverstone with Imperial Corporate Events for the F1 Grand Prix. Finley Verrall was amazing dealing with all of the booking and arrangements in advance! Everything was smooth with the booking, tickets and travel thanks to Finley! On the day itself, met Rebecca Mahony and she was incredibly knowledgeable regarding other F1 events and generally, thoroughly lovely to speak to! I highly recommend Imperial Corporate Events… these guys know their stuff!

Jul 09,2024Overall it was a great trip, fabulous hotel, friendly reps and it all just worked smoothly and swiftly on the various transfers. The selected seats at the track were amongst the best available and halleluiah for a canopy overhead as it was either scorching hot or tipping it down for our trip. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is down to the pre-trip admin and info - I just felt I was left not knowing which airports and timings until quite late on. When I followed up with the central team on anything they were always helpful and responsive. Unexpected overlap with St Juan celebrations meant there was loads of fireworks on the Sunday night which was a bonus!

Jul 08,2024This is my first time using imperial corporate events and I’ve already signed up to next years event! They did a Silverstone experience where we travelled up on the Northern Belle train to the circuit and then back to Euston on the train again. Both experiences were incredible, the service both at the event and when booking was really good, and a big thanks to Jordan for booking me in with great ease. They even dealt with a complete ‘out of the blue’ issue incredibly well, where one of the coaches was involved in an accident on the way to collect us, but a new one was dispatched swiftly and communicated very well by the staff on site, and it arrived with little impact on the day. All in all, a great experience, and I will defitniely use them again!

Jul 08,2024The Tennis was great. However the stated entry time was 10.30am. Did not open until 11am. The stated finish time was 19.30 or 1\2 hour after finish of play. They kicked us out at 18.00pm. It was never going to be later. Everything set up for 18.00pm finish. Staff , venue , match. Your information was incorrect. We lost 2 hours of our day which we had paid a considerable amount of money for. Next year you MUST put the correct times on as it definitely gives out a negative vibe to what otherwise was a very good event

The train was late departing almost 25min, the train was far too hot and far too long to get to euston 4 hours crazy when on a normal train 2 hours. We paid £1500 each yet people next to us only paid £350 In silverstone no vip Even the bus did not turn up and it cost us £100 for two taxis Waste of money dont do it

Jul 07,2024Same tickets issued to different people for the Taylor Swift concert and no assistance available to resolve the issue. If one of my daughters hadn’t been pregnant neither would have got into the concert When they did eventually get in, they had missed the support acts and most of the hospitality

Jul 06,2024Amazing experience at Glastonbury festival. Staff were very friendly, chatty and couldn’t do enough, excellent service. And the glamping provided was simply brilliant, very comfortable, attentive and thought of everything! Will definitely be using again. 5 stars aren’t enough!!

Jul 13,2024Wimbledon Woman’s Semifinals Not sure how Ashley knew we would see not one, but two 3 set matches (first time since 2004) and the longest woman’s semi final match ever when he convinced me to go on Thursday; but boy, are we glad he did! Our day at Wimbledon was 5* from start to finish - great seats, great food, great service and the sun even came out! Thanks to Ashley and everyone at Imperial for arranging such a great day!
