I booked the VIP hospitality experience for the AC/DC concert and it was truly incredible. I booked it with Dan and he didn’t under deliver, it was better than I could’ve ever imagined. Thank you again, can’t wait for the other events I’ve got this year.

Food good Alcaholic beverages in package ok Seating inadequate
My husband was sold a package for a table of 8 at the faulty towers event. He told the caller 5 times he wasnt interested and in the end he just said yes. The date was not at all good for us as we are caring for our mum after knee surgery and my daughter has been unwell after an accident with spleen and kidney issues. I explained this and asked for a credit note. On top of this i have just been diagnosed with oesphagul cancer and i sent a letter including evidence of the latter. Initially Beth offered my husband some other events and then withdrew the offer and suggested i give the table away. Ive asked 5 times for the info about the event and ive received nothing. I am utterly appalled that theyhave chosen this approach. The email to me was quite amusing. ‘I hope this email finds you well , whilst we sympathise…….’. Really am shocked by this attitude bit them reading all these reviews shows the hard sell and lack of customer care.
The venue, food, staff and entire experience were top notch! We weren't sure what to expect but we had a brilliant time and our clients were suitably impressed and enjoyed it as well! A win win and we'll definitely be looking to Imperial again for future entertaining opps!
The only reason this a 4 & not a 5 is the lack of seating in the hospitality area, You will be standing for most of day ! Thankfully the weather was great had it been raining it would have been grim!
Everything about the day was excellent the staff particulary Tanya were amazing. The food was wonderful and music perfect :)

Having been to many various functions with Imperial this was by far the worst. The Villiers area was 2 furlongs from the finish line, the all inclusive drinks package was available only for the first drink and then a pay bar only unless you wanted Peroni, cheap wine or a soft drink and to top it all we had to stand to eat our lunch as there was insufficient chairs available for the amount of people in the facility. To say the least I was extremely disappointed and will not be using Imperial for any future business or personal activities
Over sold an experience and expected to read the fine print. Would never use or trust them again. Ended up costing me a lot of money in additional costs as they waited weeks before an event to provide basic info which cost me a lot of money.
Fantastic day would have liked to have met the girls who I had spoken to when booking the event x
Amazing food and client staff
No Pimm on arrival. Pretty poor seeing what the package cost
The location of our seats was in the worst place possible & they were totally restricted!!! This ruined the whole experience & upset us. Whilst Other company's reps came to introduce ourselves to us & check on us, NO ONE from imperial was there. There was no meet & greet.
