Aug 07,2024The experience was fantastic. From the nostalgia and elegance of the train ride, even riding in the royal family's carriage. The food was great and the service top draw. The stories from the staff of a different age were so good and the service was excellent. Raymond blanc's Manoir was amazing too. The gardens were incredible, the food extraordinary and the wine was first class. The staff at imperial were great. Friendly, fun and always there to help. Thanks for the memories Lucy

Aug 06,2024An excellent day out. From arrival to departure we were looked after very well by the staff . The train was so comfortable and well appointed and the food was excellent. At the Manoir the grounds were spectacular and the food lived up to its Michelin star. Jordan who made our booking could not have been more helpful and assisted our arrangements at every step.

Aug 05,2024From an organisational and administrative prospective I would say first class. The diamond Package at Wembley was excellent, felt like a proper VIP experience, right until we got to our seat. An overhead gantry felt like we were stuck inside and also it effected the sound quality as well. We moved forward towards the front when we thought people had not turned up and this was not under the gantry and the sound was perfect (sadly they arrived so we went back). I would consider using Imperial again, and would certainly advise others to do the same, but the seats were poor frankly, and not worth the money.

Aug 05,2024Seats we not good for the cost of this event. The sound quality was poor due to a low ceiling above our seats. I have a photo if required. I would not recommend using Imperial Corporate Events.

Aug 04,2024Location of Furlong Restaurant. Plenty of nice drinks, good food. Table could have done with being a bit bigger And the band, although many appreciated it, it was a bit over the top.

Aug 03,2024I rarely make reviews but following our trip this week to the Le Manoir on the British Pullman I felt I should ! The day was described as a unique experience, it really was. A day with many ingredients that could all go wrong ran smoothly from the beginning to the end. It was a day to put away in the memories box! Special thanks to Marcus too who offered it to us originally and helped with arranging revised seating so we could travel with our friends who by chance were booked on the same event. Well done Imperial 🕺🏽

Jul 30,2024Had 3 nights in Cannes for the Monaco Grand Prix. Smooth sailing (and flying) all the way. Expert event staff led the way for our first GP experience. Very impressive Hotel (and Casino). The race was even better. Was recommended Imperial Corporate Events by a friend and will do the same for anyone else, especially for a trip to Monte Carlo. 5***** !!

Jul 30,2024Done the Windsor Race night last week and the meal at Bray in the Michelin Star Restaurant. The food and the service were 7 stars, not 5, and the best meal I have ever eaten in a pub anywhere in the World. And boy I have traveled and am 77. The team was also first class on the day with there service. Wonderful day out

Simplistic entry into the event with what can only be described as top tier staff that were wholly professional, courteous and welcoming! A massive shout out to Jordan Knibbs for her support in ensuring my enrolment for the event was very easy and in no way time consuming, she was on hand to ensure there were no problems on the day too! A great day had by all!!

Jul 23,2024My experience was the first day at Lords for the Test Match against the West Indies. It was the second time I had been to Lords with Imperial Corporate and so I knew it would be a good day. From the moment of walking into the venue the service is faultless. The staff do everything in their power to make the day special and they are tireless in their energy throughout the day. The food was superb - starting with breakfast on arrival, then a delicious 4 course lunch followed by an excellent afternoon tea. In fact the meals, and the company of the other guests at our table, occupied so much time we had to drag ourselves away to enjoy the cricket. The only downside of the day is the distance needed to walk to get from the hospitality to the cricket stand, which has to be done at least three times during the day, and more each time to collect drinks to consume whilst watching the cricket. I would also have liked to have some say in choosing my seat in the stand. Being 84 years old it would have been useful if the Imperial Corporate staff had taken this into consideration when allocating the seats. Many much more spritely people had the advantage of not having to climb so may stairs as I and were sitting in positions that didn't require them to constantly have to stand to let people in and out. But the hospitality, the guests at our table and the waiting staff made this an occasion to be remembered. A thoroughly enjoyable day well worth the journey to get to Lords.
