May 26,2020I had ordered from the UK during the covid 19 and I was told that it might take longer than normal which I appreciated the heads up. They monitored my package and informed me that they would send another one free of charge because my package was stuck in Chicage. Andrew told ke he would send another one out free of charge and said I woukd probably get both and it was okay to keep both. I did receive both packages and decided to pay fot both anyways because I was going reorder anyway after I received the 1st package. This was my 1st experience with insulin hub and now I will be purchasing other products too. I was very suprised that they acted so quickly to make sure I received my product and needed to post a review.

May 26,2020I have ordered from Insulinhub several times. They fill orders in a timely manner and bend over backwards to be fair. For example, they don't bill your card until it ships in the case where it ships from the UK. When it ships from India, delivery can be 2-4 weeks. So the track your purchase and don't actually bill you until it is delivered! Just excellent.
