My contact at Insulinhub (and probably yours also) was Andrew who was a pleasure to work with. The overseas shipping issues due to COVID-19 made for some long delivery times but well worth the wait.

InsulinHub noticed (I didn't have to call) the delay and contacted me. After explaining, they sent me another order, without charge, which arrived at my home without incident. I've never had another business do that for me. Thanx InsulinHub.
