Insulinhub.com is a life saver! I needed meds during the Covid lockdown but I didn't want to leave the house so I used Insulin Hub. I wasn't sure, at first, if it was legit but Andrew's customer service was first rate. Now I can get any meds I need including prescription meds sent directly to my home. The prices are great too! I highly recommend InsullinHub.com

Exceptional service, my order was held up in US Customs for 3 1/2 weeks. They dispatched a replacement order at no charge. They provided value for the price charged. Highly recommended.

I worked with Andrew for my medications order and he was top notch, and stayed in constant communication re my order. It does take some time but this company is legit & the process works! Your pkg will get a bit delayed once it arrives in the USA Customs. And also know that you will not see any tracking by the USPS until pkg is actually in their hands AFTER the Customs process, so it seems nothing is happening, but it is! Be patient as all goes smoothly.

Absolutely stellar customer service and and support when needed. All questions answered with patience and billing polices that are remarkable in this day and age. I am more than impressed with Andrew James and Insulin Hub. His actions and the policies they use are very, very hard to find these days. Because of the time involved to receive shipped items from overseas, their policy was to not charge for my order until it was in my hand. Unheard of!! Andrew was always a step ahead and I never needed to make an inquiry. Unheard of!!

Could not have received better service. Andrew is on top of all aspects of the transaction making sure everything goes smoothly. Shipping does take about three weeks but the delay is due to US Customs. Shipping from origin was very fast and the only delay was waiting for customs. Everything arrived packed well and in perfect shape. I couldn't be happier! I will Definitely be a repeat customer. And yes, this is a legit review. I am a real customer who took a chance on insulinhub and received excellent service! Thank you Andrew!!!!!

I really appreciated the service with this company. I received email confirmation of the order as well as the shipping. When it appeared that the shipment seemed to be "stuck" in Chicago, I received another email from the company stating they would be sending out another order through a different shipping service. The representative said if both orders came through, I would only be charged for one. I was initially hesitant to order online, but Insulinhub greatly exceeded my expectations. Terrific service.
