Jun 19,2024Fake insurance company They will just start your insurance and when u lost or damaged your phon they will not accept your claim After that they will waste your time in just asking proofs, end of the day they will reject your claim And you loss your phon we take insurance and we relief of phon and no tension of phone because its cover the phone but we think wrong the insurance company is fake if we take from this company means you just wasting money

Jun 14,2024They ask me these requirements Proof of last usage proof of purchase I provide both proof then they sad we need statement of seller when he sell it and how much warranty he give when he sell it. This document I also provided there was mentioned 2 month warranty so they refused the claim and said claim is not acceptable because device was not brand new. I have question when we rigister the device why that time is not operation there your device is old or new if someone select old then you don’t insure. This company is totally scam just they are making money. They hide so many things . Very bad experience And someone reply of my review and said you received full refund I have not received full refund I have just received just 2 payments 4.99
