Easy to sign up but impossible to get claim. When i raised lost claim, they asked have nearly 10 document proofs and at the last they cancelled my insurance saying i am not permanent resident of uk/ Uk passport holder. What if my phone is not lost and I continue paying the premium every month? They should only accept only if they are eligible for their policy when signing up. They just need a reason to avoid the claim. People who are staying on visas just avoid this and go with other providers.
